After repeated delays with my order, a Bambu Labs P2S (R26,995.00), I just got delivery now and it was a kettle plug!!!!
After placing my order at the end of Dec 2022 and waiting till the beginning of Jan 2023 to whatsapp them, I was told that my order should be in next week. After "next week" came and went, I asked for another update to which I was told that they got an update and that my order will arrive around 30th Jan 2023. To which I asked for a cancellation of my order and a refund so that I can buy from someone who has stock as the item is an inverter and I cannot make it so long without power!!! Immediately after doing that they went SILENT!!!!! I then sent more whatsapp's to them, emailed them and even opened a ticket with them and NOTHING! TOTAL SILENCE!!!!! WORST OF ALL ... try calling them and no matter what extension you select you will get the phone call cut!!! SO YOU CANNOT EVEN CONTACT THEM!!!! TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY!!! Try asking for a refund and you will IMMEDIATELY have the door shut in your face!!! I should have read hellopeter or at least tried calling them before placing my order! I should have NEVER dealt with this company and never will!!! eGadgets, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!
With Vodacom being my fibre ISP and Vumatel as the infrastructure it takes forever to get an issue resolved! It’s now 7 days and I still do not have connectivity! This has always been the case with Vodacom Fibre support for me... the turnaround time to sorting out these fibre issues are horrendous! Like I said, it’s now 7 days and STILL no internet connection!!!
Could not get a delivery right for 5 days in a row. Staff failed to respond to me every time they told me they would. This is the worst experience with a courier in all my years of using others.
