I paid my contract via EFT and cell debited from my account. Its 3 weeks and nothing has happened no phone call I have been calling and told the same thing when you call next time we will transfer you to somone. today i spoke with Didi Mokoena said she will give my number to a Sales leader to call me by the name of Tshepo which she said she dosent know the surname of the manager which I dont belive. How come you dont know the surname of your manager she was lying. Please refund and then we will be sorted.
I made an order and sent them an email to send to the correct address. They didnt make changes and when I call Lindi to say she need to make changes for a special delivery and I pay the difference she took the number of the person to contact but she never bothered to contact them. Their service is bad now if you want to be dissapointed use them.
I have been in contact with Getsavvi agents since 12th Feb requested for removal of Unlimited option for dentistry and Optometrist they didnt and got a call on 24/25th Feb that since billing is out they cant they will do next month which is March. Got a call from Sukayna yesterday saying they havent done it will be done May. Since Feb its the same thing. she promised to give me feedback and never till now. Please sort out this issue
I got a contract phone online and approved and the phone was delivered. a week later the phone stopped working took it to Cell Eastgate and they told me to go to Huawei Headoffice. I went there and within 3 days they said the phone is ready for collection. went to collect and a day later the phone stopped working. Took it back and they fixed it. On Saturday I requested for a contract or Statement and they told me I failed the security questions little did I know the person who did my application entered wrong information. My surname spelt wrong, the entered wrong banking details ABSa which I dont bank with Absa. The put a fraud alert on my account. Went to Carnival they couldn't, OR Tambo same thing lastly on Sunday at Tsakane Mall they assisted me. Yesterday the line has been suspended customer care they told me to go to the branch when I dial they said contact Customer Care. This contract is wasting my time as I have to go up and down without assistance.

I was contacted by Tebogo Klaas (Direct Sales Agent) for a new contract application. I gave her all the info she requested and documents and said she will contact me a day. 2days passed by and never contact me. I sent her an email no response and then 2days later she contacted me and requested for a bank statement which I did and also same story never contact me again. Send emails no answer tried to call her on the mobile phone on her signature no answer. I contact Cell C they told me what is outstanding. Its been 2 weeks since I appliedf or the contract and it was a birthday gift for this weekend and now we only have tomorrow which I could have used another provider like Vodacom and they would have done quick. I have done with Vodacom and it was very quick. whats the problem with Cell C with their service and their workers who are not efficient in providing service.
I got the worst service from discovery car insurance yesterday. It was my first time having a breakdown and they only covered me 20km and told me I have to pay R700 to get to my destination. Wats the point of having insurance when they only cover 20km. when i contact discovery they told me they will contact the towing company and contact me back to give me the details but never I had to contact them.also it took almost 2hours before the towing company came. I wouldnt see a point in having discovery as a car insurance and I am cancelling my policy with discovery.
Discovery debited more money from my account this month. Teljoy has the worst service I have ever seen. They don't respond to emails and they just start imposing charges on your account which they don't explain to you. I would never get anything from them. Their staff are very lazy that when you are asking them questions they will tell you to hold and then transfer you to another person whilst you don't know.
