Extremely stressful process with Snatcher being offline and then promotion code not working to courier getting address wrong. In the end I asked if i could collect but was not answered so got my parcel but no discount as your system wouldn't accept voucher. Disappointing indeed
I receive my goods that i have ordered and it is damaged. Contacted Hyperli and they contacted me back asking for pictures of same which i sent immediately. Still awaiting my replacement package and its almost a week already. Unacceptable. And one cannot even contact them, you have to rely on a stupid email address.
We had lunch at Engedi, the so called buffet lunch. Hair in my food, no service whatsoever from waiter even though there were 2 tables occupied. No dessert, not sure where it was taken to as when we arrived there were some available but when we left nothing at all. When we told the gentleman on duty he couldn't care less and we were advised there is no manager on duty but some Annemarie lady would call us, still waiting for a call. This is a so called up marker establishment, what a joke.
We went to the Flora drive thru on sat afternoon just to order drinks. Placed our order and paid which went fast, then proceeded to window for collections. We waited so long for our order (strawberry limeade and wicked lemonade) it was ridiculous. While waiting for my order i sent an email to Nando's customer care but to date no response as yet. Guess their customer care is as bad as their service. Can get KFC's strawberry sunrise crusher which tastes better and don't have the long wait either.
<p>We visited Steak Restaurant at Silverstar Casino on the 30/01/2017 for my birthday. I ordered my steak well done and it came as rare as it could be, sent it back and guess what came back excatly the same way, no change with the dirty plate and all. My husband's burger bun was so old it just crumbled. The manager and the waiter had an attitude of "oh well". I sent them and email the next day and lets just say i am still awaiting a response, how pathetic is that. Well they certainly wont get my business again, thats for sure. Thank you but no tahnks, will go elsewhere where we get the service and quality of food which we pay for.</p>
