1st - you increase my premium ONE YEAR after my claim saying Im high risk - HOW? Does this even make sense to you? 2nd - my installment has increased AGAIN with 16+% HOW?????? Hi, when is someone going to get back to me re the following : 1. Monthly instalment - NONE of the emails you send makes sense, it shows some format that is not readable, I mentioned this in my previous complaint 2. Why am I high risk with a 30% increase. How does lightning make me high risk? The phone was my fault, but lightning? How am I high risk with only 2 claims ONE YEAR after the claims? 3. When is someone going to contact me re the additional items you have been charging me for, for more that a year? NO FEEDBACK. You cant charge a person for items, cancel it and then leave it as is. Do you not have to refund those amounts? We are going into May. I reported this in February. 4. I got the suspension emails, but no email for the reinstate or new policy, again, the emails you are sending me makes no sense, not readable. 5. PLEASE can you stop debiting my account with the R150 for the drive thing, I requested this so many times last year I've given up, I just reverse it every month, I pay the debit reverse fees. I was unemployed for years, having contract work here and there, STILL making payment to my account, even if it is R50. AS PER LAW as long as I make payments a SUMMONS can NOT be processed against me. There's ppl earning huge salaries NOT making payments to their overdue loans. AT LEAST I make some payment every month. I am NOW only - 8 years down the line making progress recovering all I have lost being unemployed. I will now have to declare myself insolvent and therefore my standard bank loan will not be paid. Have a fantastic day
I booked a ride in Feb and the driver never collected me AND charged me cancelation fee. I did in fact cancel after waiting for almost an hour. The driver is lying. Saying he collected me and can prove it. It's a lie! I had to call a friend to take me home after standing outside in the road at midnight waiting for him to get me. This has happened twice before but I'd didn't complain. I'm fed up now. It's a lot of money to pay for no service received!! This is unacceptable. The support team also never gave feedback regarding the feedback from the driver. If I didn't ask AGIAN today I would still not know. The driver is lying!!!!
