I’d like to commend Kgomotso T for the excellent service I received. She handled my call with a friendly, polite, and professional attitude and was genuinely willing to assist—which is something you don’t always come across these days. After our telephonic discussion, I sent a follow-up email, and she resolved the issue in no time. It was a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish. Thank you, Kgomotso, for your efficiency and great customer service.
On Wednesday, 10 September 2025, in the evening, on my way home from work, I stopped at the Sasol garage in Rosebank on Jan Smuts to fill up. When I pulled up, there was a petrol attendant who was on his phone and just standing by the pump. Also, there was a car ahead of me that took a little while to leave, understandably so, as they were just about to leave. After the car drove off, I pulled forward to be assisted. I waited for over a minute, yet no petrol attendant came to assist me—nor did anyone seem concerned that I was waiting. This is not the first time I’ve had this experience at this garage. Too often, the petrol attendants appear uninterested in helping customers who are there to fill up, talking for myself. I then left, as I wasn't going to wait up for way longer than I should have to be assisted.
The evening of the 27th of August 2024, just between 23h00 and 00h00 when I was driving from Rosebank with a friend through Maboneng, Johannesburg. I was stopped by a traffic officer while off-ramping onto Sievewright Street. I pulled over as instructed, and the officer approached my side of the car. He asked why my passenger wasn’t wearing a seatbelt. My friend, who had just removed his seatbelt as we were coming to a stop, tried to explain, but the officer rudely cut him off, saying, “I’m not talking to you,” and then asked me the same question again. I was taken aback by his rudeness towards my passenger as well as me. The officer then requested my driver’s license, which was in my handbag in the boot. I informed him, and he said he needed to see it. Following his instruction, I got out of the car to retrieve the license card from the boot and handed it to him. As I returned to the driver’s side, he abruptly told me to open the engine area. Confused, I politely asked if there was a specific reason for the request. He responded rudely again, insisting it was part of his duties and asking if I knew what his job entailed. I explained that I wouldn’t know his duties and that I’d never been asked to open the engine in a traffic stop before, and I wondered if something was wrong. He snapped, asking if I wanted “special attention.” Once again, I was taken aback by how unnecessarily hostile he was being. I comp**** and opened the engine area as requested, though I had no idea what he was looking for. Afterward, he asked to see my emergency triangle. We went to the boot, and I moved some items around and opened the section where the triangle was kept. I pointed it out to him as it was clear and visible from where we standing, and he insisted I take it out and open it. As I was trying to do so, he abruptly told me to put it back. Then, without explanation, he walked off to the other side of the road where their vehicles were parked, leaving me standing there, I went back inside the car, he was probably gone for just over 10 minutes if not longer. When he returned, he asked for my full name, address, and contact details. While he was writing the information on the ticket, I politely asked for his name, as he wasn’t wearing a badge. He ignored me. I asked again, but he continued to ignore my request and instructed me to sign the ticket. Only after I signed, he said, “You’ll read the ticket’’. Then, instead of handing me the ticket and my license, he threw them onto my dashboard and walked away. This experience left me feeling shaken and traumatized. I couldn't understand why he treated me this way, creating fear instead of making me feel safe. The officer’s name, as written on the ticket, is Dlame S A I hope that this kind of behavior will be dealt with, for every citizen's sake who comes across such an experience.
This is a scam. Have since purchased an item from them on the 28th May 21 and still haven’t received it. Only got an email saying that I should expect my delivery the following week on Mon/Tues after my purchase. Have looked for them on Facebook again and there are no where to be found.

Anathi was very helpful and very nice, offered few more options. I however declined to carry due to my own reason
