<p>Took my car for a service in January - bad experience, followed by promises of improvement being implemented.</p> <p>Took my car for replacement of light bulb on 8 Jan and wheel alignment offered:</p> <p>1) received car with knocking sound - upon return to dealership it transpired that part was loose</p> <p>2) car pulling to left strongly </p> <p>3) console locked </p> <p>Better off pre booking at this Bryanston dealership on William Nicol</p>

<p>No contact from Mercedes to deliver vehicle after service, no feedback on specific requests, no feedback from service, car service manuel was not completed, no mention of motor plan which should be extended. In the market for a new car - no sales offering. Avoid this dealership at all cost.</p>
<p>Experience with products have been bad having installed dishwasher, washer dryer combo, coffee machine, microwave, fridge and freezer.</p> <p>after sales service is poor with lack of communication and no attention to detail. Four attempts to get brand new coffee machine repaired - to find out that filter is missing from new machine! Appliances such as freezer and fridge are noisy. LG by far better quality and service</p>
