Active since Feb 2017
So I have sent a cancellation request through at the end of Aug noting that Sept would be my months notice and the service to be cancelled Oct 1st. I followed up on the whatsapp help, which is useless since the response times is ridiculously long, a few times but couldn't get an answer and was told to check on the first, it is the 1st and the service remains active. I fail to understand why it is so difficult to cancel and your customer service is below par. I want the service cancelled!
So after reaching out to Game with an ongoing complaint, the auto reply indicates a response is to be expected in 48 hours. That was 5 days ago, after 2 reaching outs. Furthermore, when calling in - it's an endless cycle of wrong dept transfers. Can you please send me my letter to confirm the account has been closed - why is this so difficult to do?
So after closing my account 6 months ago, it still reflects as being active. Ticket number was ACT-697106-K2H3S7
So, I've paid my game account in June and requested that it be closed. Apparently that takes 36 days to do. The 36 days passed, the fn account is still opened and I'm still being charged. Calling onto your call center is a punishment, getting through to anyone is a living hell too. CAN I JUST GET MY ACC CLOSED!
Rating this company one should be considered a compliment for them. Their service is pathetic and that me just be fair. Reason, a flight was booked through them, however the final seats was not, thus being stranded abroad. The person in charge of the "emergency" number is pathetic and at one point decided to switch her phone off. BTW her name is "Juanita" - the number you get when the voicemail plays after calling switchboard. I advise any person to stay as far away from this company as possible. This will save you time, and hassle. I've dealt with a lot of incompetent and ignorant people, but this one takes the cake. I advise them to go and read up the responsibilities of a travel agent. <p>So I applied for a loan, not the first time.... this must have been the most horrible experience I had with a consultant that assisted me. I sent all my details through to her, the copy of the I.D was a snap that I took of my I.D book, but a scanned copy was insisted. after sending the copy, she acknowledge receiving the email, however afterwards I have not heard from her. She called me once, I was unable to answer, and after I emailed her to inform which time to call, I received no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>The time was only at 11am, when she called. Knowing that she works till 1pm, I assumed she would return my call. after numerous emails, no reply. I dont want to mention any names, however the experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.</p> <p> </p> <p>thank you for nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
