Good day I have the worst experience in the Chatsworth branch, I would like this to be investigated further since there is cameras? No host buy the door, (covid protocol not being taken seriously) no one working in the section I ordered from, the machine went faulty, and I redeem my offer on the app, after 15 minutes of me waiting, the staff rebooted the machine and I was told they can't do anything to help me. I ordered the mcflurry combo and I didn't have enough money on me to purchase again with my 2 meals without the app. Please assist me
Hi , I did purchase a pack of this ice cream at take and pay Chatsworth , especially for the caramel crunch flavour and guess what it was not inside the pack . A cornetto strawberry hug 1 , was in the pack ,2 paddle pop and 2 ola feast bar. I do have the reciept which I will try to attach . And the pack barcode . I am a very unhappy customer and I will take it further ! My contacts number is ********** 620. Please resolve this matter urgently.
<p>Went to Barcelona chatsworth centre to order a very hot peri meal (supa peri) when a got home only to find out that its mikd when I got home, call in and ask to speak to the manager ,he insisted that what he gave me was supa hot, and was very rude and abrubt over the phone. I told him atleast tell the driver to drop of the right sauce or if I go to fetch he should re imburse me for fuel . he said driver went out for delivery and will only be in after 2 or 3 hours. He refused to assist me and said I can bring the chicken back ,no refund , no fuel re imburse all he will do is put sauce on the chicken. think he should be fired for the Terrible service.</p>
<p>Most disgusting services ever , went to purchase a fridge yesterday (the hisense 359l which was on special and was the last one left )and when I got there the salesperson "kesi" was nowhere to be seen, spoke to a Indian women who said she contacted him and he is coming, waited over 30 minutes still nothing so I went out and came back before the store was close spoke to the same women again ,said she contacted and I waited like an idiot till another worker told me they closed and speak to the till supervisor, a indian lady,her response to me was ,"what must I do " most rudest women ever. Then the same women told me to speak to the manager Vernon who took my details and said he will contact me in the morning and guess what? Nothing.. Very disappointed, ever thing falls on deaf ears. Will be taking this matter up further!</p>
