I have booked a bus(Eagle liner)on Busbud and paid insurance. The bus didn't come and when I contact them they took me from pillar to post. I asked Busbud to help me get refund and they sayI bus go back to the bus company, even after sharing my chat. Busbud listed the bus company on their website, I paid my money to them, they charged service fees but left me in the cold. Busbud is working with this companies to **** consumers.I have lost R1500.00,my son needed to get to university. I borrowed money to buy other two tickets. Do not use Busbud. Bad company, listing *****ulent services.

I have always used busbud. They provide support. Respond within minutes. I had an issue with one of the bus I booked, missed it, because they decided to utilize an alternative route without communication. Busbud took it upon themselves and provided me with a full refund. I would like to write a review about Mobicred. What an amazing customer service. Knowing that one has so much protection from falling a victim of ***** is so satisfying. I have recently made an online purchase. Zandile tried reaching out to me yo verify the purchase. I was in a meeting and couldn't answer my cellphone. She didn't just stop there, but called my workplace and requested the receptionist to pass a message to me as it is urgent. She is the customer service consultant and only a few like her. Zandile, thank you very much. Keep it up. To you taking so much initiative shows that we are not just numbers.
I have since placed an order on the 7th of February 2024 and did not receive it to-date (19/02/2024). They have given my parcel to DSV courier company on the 9th. After receiving several notifications that my parcel will be delivered and being **** to by the courier I reverted my complaint to MYRUNWAY and no help received to date. At first I was told that they will follow-up with courier company and my parcel will be delivered the next day. When it did not happen I sill called MYRUNWAY and shared my frustrations, requested to speak to the manager because I was told again that the parcel will be delivered the next day, I wasn't put through to the manager for escalation but told that she will call me back which didn't happen. I kept on writing to MYRUNWAY and the responses was they followed up with courier company. They didn't even take further steps like arranging an uber delivery or something even if I told them that the stuff I ordered is for my family 's Valentines gifts. They left me to struggle with the courier that I had no business with. I ordered from MYRUNWAY and they needed to make sure that I receive my order. What an amount of stress and anxiety that poor service is causing me 😭😭. I requested a refund and I was told that they needs the parcel back first. Why make your courier problems customer issue? I have no business with DSV but MYRUNWAY.
I have placed an order with MyRunway on the 7th of February 2024. DSV picked up my parcel on Friday the 9th and send me a notification. On Monday the 12th of February the send an sms in the morning that my parcel will be delivered before 17:00. I didn't receive it. On Tuesday I called their offices and was told that my parcel was returned to the warehouse without a reason. And I was told that it will be delivered by the earliest tomorrow morning. The parcel was my Valentines gifts for my family.Come Wednesday still no delivery. I followed up and was told that my parcel will be delivered on Thursday as it was mistakenly taken from Johannesburg warehouse to Capetown. Come Friday the 16th another sms was received notifying me of the parcel delivery, I did not receive it to date. Today is Monday the 19th,no communication at all. I have never experienced such a poor service 😞 in my life. Why do they lie so much to an extent that they send delivery notifications. DSV is ruining the relationship I have with MyRunway. Never use this company if you want to maintain your company reputation.
My order was delivered earlier than expected. Received communication regarding updates on my order timeously. Excellent product from quality, style, packaging and the gifts that came with the order is all a wow factor. I will definitely order again and refer my friends and family. Thank you

My partner and I rented Studio 67A at Eden on the bay for two days, checked in and left our bags to take a walk at the beach not knowing that we have risked our lives during this Covid-19 pandemic. The room has a smelling carpet, ants everywhere, coachroaches, dirty linen, old shampoos and creams, greasy bathroom floors, dirty headboards, even the cutlery was dirty , worse part there is dust build ups under the side bed tables and old boards kept under the bed.Since it was late we had to just spend the night, waking up with blocked noses and headaches. When we tried to raise the issue with Sandra @ 0623601244 as their managing agent, the manner she responded was really disappointing, she had so much attitude. We tried calling the number listed on Blouberg Holidays website, there was no response after they listed that they will provide 24 hrs support. What is advertised is false. Our lives have been put at high risk of contracting Covid. This must be stopped with immediate effect. I will be happy if you can assist me with the relevant body / board to report the matter. This will really saves lives. The adverti*****t should just say death trap, pictures put are of high quality and standard which helps to manipulate the consumers.
From ordering to delivery it takes only few days.And when I requested the return, the manner it is handled its very professional and stress-free. After they arrange a collection for the merchandise in just few days the money is refunded in my bank account. What a wow factor service. Thank you!
