I booked an order for collection Through Bobshop and chose SkyNet Couriers to collect and deliver. I placed the booking on Monday 24 June at 13:12pm and due to Ignorance or the fact that it was a small parcel the item was failed to be collected for 4 days. 4 Days I had to sit at home waiting on them to collect. On Thursday I tried to get help via the chat system SkyNet has on their site ending up with the same message and no help. I then tried to call them, and the call was ended before I could speak to anyone. I then Found the WhastApp button on the bottom of their page and started a Whatsapp chat at 8:46am asking to speak to a consultant. I was then asked for a waybill number and a short description of my query which i have provided. At 9:43 i was still waiting for any feedback on the waybill and short description I left as requested. Thursday I received a message that the order will be collected on Friday before 12:00 without fail. On Friday at 14:29 I finally receive a message from SkyNet on Whatsapp stating "Please accept my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused. Collection is scheduled for Tomorrow (Saturday) before 12:00). I had to waste yet more hours waiting on them making the collection. I had placed I needed to go to, errands I needed to run, yet I there I was sitting at home waiting on a courier service who just don’t provide you with the service you paid for. I will NEVER EVER again make use of SkyNet Couriers. They are Pathetic at Service and Time Wasters. And this wasn’t the first time. I have used them twice before and even then there were delays in collection. Always giving the same story “Sorry for the inconvenience”. If you can't deliver the service customers pay for, then it is best you close your doors.
I used to speak highly of Bobshop (Bidorbuy), but things have changed. They have made changes to their shipping policy that enforce the sellers to pay the buyer's shipping fees at the seller's expense. Buyers now pay R30.00 shipping (on orders under R99.99) as well as a small order fee of R30.00 (which covers just about the other half of the shipping). When buyers buy over R100.00 they only pay R30.00 shipping which means the seller (Without choice) have to pay the difference. (R30.00). This is not fair. Not to the seller nor the buyer. We have cried, we have complained, and now we feel like quitting and STILL bobshop refuse to do anything about the problem. BOBSHOP has become GREEDY and they just don't give a F**K. I now feel like i have wasted a lot of time listing my items on bobshop. I have come to a decision to revert to another site. Meaning i will gradually start removing all my Items from bobshop as well as warn potential buyers and sellers against bobshop.
Fontana Holdings owe me R16,000 and refuse to give me back my money. Fontana deducted R2175.00 a month for 8 months from my payslip as a down payment on a R55,000 loan (R175 for insurance) to buy a Harley Davidson from the company. However after i found out (5 months later) that i was having a little bun in the oven. I had to return the Harley and keys to Fontana, however when i asked that Fontana reimburse me, i was told that they are not going to pay me back as for the money is now considered a "Rental Fee" for the period of 8 months. I asked Fontana to reimburse me R13,000 of the R16,000 and consider the maintenance (New Battery R1600.00 and New clutch Lever R350.00 and R3000.00 as a rental fee) if they still refused to pay me back. I now ask that they please send me me the Rental agreement (NOT THE LOAN AGREEMENT) that i have signed that allowed them to deduct R2175.00 from my Payslip/salary for 8 months as for my next visit will be the Police station opening a case of theft against the company.

I went to Tekkie town @ Brigh****er Commons today. On the shelve between the boots i noticed a worn pair of shoes, this is not a one day use, these shoes had the bends and folds for at least two weeks to 2 months in them, and the soles clearly showed they have gone through a rough time - the store are reselling them at R500.00 marked on the sole with a black marker. so continueing on i find and bought a pair of Hi-Sense # 7 tekkies. Getting to the counter this guy had the gut to tell me that they have a "no return policy" and telling me to fit the tekkies before buying it. ***? dude - i know my shoe size, besides how do you have a no return policy and managed to take back old worn shoes from a complaining customer and re-sell them? What if i want to buy a pair of shoes as a gift? - no wonder business is so dead there - i too will never go back there knowing they sell worn shoes. or is this just a scheme to make an extra buck to pocket ones the customer has left?
