Your driver arrived at 19h30 , expecting my mother to go out in the pouring rain in her pajamas to colloct her groceries. We will never use you again !
What an amazing company. After the heavy rains in KZN, we had a number of issues with the roofing on our home in Westville. I contacted Ivan to quote on repairs. He arrived bang on time and this "no spring chicken" hopped onto the roof like a leopard into a tree. Descended a few minutes later with pictures on his phone, explained the problem suggested the way forward and sent us a quote the same day. His crew arrived punctually on the date we requested and despite temperatures well in to the upper 30's, got to work in no time. Last night, my arm system was activated, presumably by a reptile. I turned the system off and awaited a call from the security company. NO CALL ON MY LANDLINE. NO CALL ON MY CELLPHONE. Both were next to my bed. Minutes later, a man is shining a torch through my bedroom window. I saw a Chubb vehicle outside my gate. If I had a gun, that Chubb officer would have a bullet between his eyes. Pathetic service and that is why 19 members of our neighbourhood watch are switching to Blue Security. Try to send an e-mail to National. There is nothing on their website !!!
