I have been using this company for about 3 Years. I never had issues with them before. I placed an order for tags and received a notification that my order has been dispatched with tracking details on Friday 8th of March 2024. I tried to track the parcel on the 11th of March and noticed there has been no movement on the tracking. I then contacted Printulu and they told me that the parcel was misrouted to Cape Town instead of Polokwane. I accepted it and they said the parcel will be with me the next business day. I received no parcel. I then contacted the Courier Company and they confirmed that they have not received the parcel at all and no items have been misrouted. I contacted Printulu again. Every time I phone I am told these long winded stories from misrouted, courier never collected the parcels or I will receive a new waybill ... but no parcel has arrived and no new waybill details have been sent. This has been ongoing for 2 Weeks!!!! It is pathetic service and I will never use them again for any printing needs!
Worst business to deal with. I sent an email asking when I can expect delivery for in stock items. Received an email from Tamryn stating that the items I have ordered are cut die boxes (which they were certainly not) and there is a waiting period. I phoned and started speaking about the boxes I ordered, Tamryn kept interrupting me and did not even let me finish my sentence. I started getting really upset because I could not even finish my sentence. I started shouting at her to stop talking and let me finish speaking. She refused, every time I tried talking she interrupted me. She then started swearing at me. She called me a piece of **** customer. I have been supporting their business for 4 Years. I have spent on a monthly basis about R1000 per month this equals to about R48000 to then get told they will refund me and I must buy boxes somewhere else because I got upset because Tamryn couldn't let me finish my sentence and Yes I shouted. She swore at me about 5 times and after calling me a piece of **** and a horrible person slammed the phone down. I cannot believe this behavior of this Manager of the store. I am gob smacked at the way she swore at me and called me a piece of ****.
We booked with Alkmaar Farmstay Nelspruit in March for Innibos, they pushed us to pay deposits and the lockdown came. Dates changed for Innibos to December and I contacted Wanda immediately and asked her about the changed dates on the 2nd of May 2020. I informed her that we cannot attend Innibos in December as we already have other responsibilities and issues with leave etc. She told me that she cannot pay our deposits back- however their terms state that deposits are refunded if notice of cancellation is given one month prior to booking. I then agreed that we could change dates of accommodation. Wanda informed me that they are fully booked in November with weddings and cannot assist us for a weekend. And still refuses to refund deposit but they cannot assist us with accommodation either??? You are fully booked ? And cannot help us with accommodation but also say that you cannot afford to pay us back? You are stealing peoples money!
Aramex have been in possession of my parcel since 19 December 2019. I have been phoning and phoning and phoning for days. Nobody can tell me what is going on???? The customer service guys keep telling me that the operations manager will contact me. Why Contact Me?????? Why not just deliver my items I paid for?????? I keep phoning with NO ANSWER where and what is happening with my parcel. This was meant to reach me the 20th as it was overnight and its the 27th now and I as we speak I am phoning the Pretoria Branch and no answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN IN MY LIFE TRACKING DETAILS: DBP44143029622 I ALSO CONTACTE ARAMEX ON FACEBOOK AND THE GUYS AT THE OFFICES KEEP TELLING THESE PEOPLE THAT THEY HAVE CONTACTED ME??? Worst Service any Courier company !!!!! I have been waiting for a parcel that was meant to be delivered to me on the 4th December 2018. The parcel never arrived. I phoned the offices in Pretoria and they said that they have given this parcel priority service and I will receive this on the 5th. I phoned on the 5th and I was promised it will be delivered before 16h00. I did not receive my parcel yet again. I phoned on the 6th, I was transferred to Managers/Supervisors etc and then a supervisor promised delivery of my parcel by 12h00. I did not receive this. I phoned the offices yet again at 14h00 to find out where my parcel is just to be told the driver is New and doesn't know the areas very well but he is in our estate and I should receive my parcel soon. It is now 18h00 and nothing. I have made around 30 phone calls to the Aramex branch and was on the phone for at least 10min at a time. I am moving house and will not be at this premises much longer. How can this be resolved. How long can it take to deliver a parcel if you have been in possession of it for 3 whole days? If you have new staff, well this is not my problem. You should give them adequate training and GPS systems to find homes and businesses. I paid for a service and also many phone calls but i still have not received what I paid for. This online shop Geite & Goeters, they are advertising products and when you receive your products after 7 weeks they look completely different to what they advertised. I complained and now they have blocked me from their page as well. I have requested a refund but nothing received yet. R1800 spent at this online shop
