After 5 emails and a month of trying to get a response from Smeg Parts, I still have not received any sensible response as to if a part is available and what it costs.
I Cant seem to get CSV of account transactions. It's Tax season. I need to see what I can claim on. To do this I really need accounts in a csv format. nothing fancy, date/transaction description and amount... FNB used to be able to email these to you monthly. Now it seems they no longer can. They can provide PDF's. however If you try to convert these there is little to apply a sensible date or columns. It will take over a day... of time to convert. I cant understand that a Bank doesn't offer this service. I think its a pretty fundamental. this as opposed to ebucks or selling phones... Anyhow. Im posting this here as Ive exhausted all means of reaching someone at FNB who is willing to help. The chat seems to be the best channel...untill you get disconnected.
My father died and I am trying to cancel his accounts. I googled vodacom and rang their cancel number 082 1958, I was then asked to call the Legal number 082 1905. The options do not allow me to speak to anyone. Who do you call? hellopeter? lets see. My father had the following numbers: 082 628 2467 and 064 998 1640 but im sure there are other related accounts. Please advise
My father passed away a few weeks ago. He had a policy with liberty. I sent my claim in on the 21 May 2021. and haven't heard anything back. I then called, I waited for 12 minutes for someone to tell me if the policy had any beneficiaries. I know it had an accelerated portion. This would really help to pay for the memorial. Terrible service. When my wife's parents died, I stepped in and help them sort their IT. I contacted Jasper Early July. They had developed a nonmobile friendly site for the guesthouse https://norscotmanor.com/. After the slow, unhelpfull responses, we decided to move hosting. It took an extraordinary amount of time and effort just to get a domain transferred. So long that we eventually built a new site on a new domain. After 6 months jasper are still trying to cancel our account. They just keep debiting. avoid at all costs.
