I highly recommend Ultra Panelbeaters in pinetown, Stanly road. Not only do they do amazing and professional work but Byron is the absolute best. I'm a girl that runs my own small business and he has gone out of his way to ensure my bakkie and me are safe on the road. As a female we often don't know all about the machanics and how cars work, he took his time to explain and made sure I was happy throughout. I felt so safe and secure with their workmanship and professional knowledge. I will be telling everyone about them. I can't explain in words how amazing they all are!
DO NOT GO WITH DOTSURE. THEY ARE USLESS AND CANT EVEN COMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER. I HAVE NOT HAD MY WORK VEHICLE SINCE 3 SEPTEMBER AND STILL DONT HAVE IT BECAUSE OF A MISCOMMUNICATION BETWEEN THIER DEPARTMENTS. DUE TO THIS I HAVE LOST COUNTLESS OF CLIENTS IN MY SMALL BUSINESS. THEY PROMISED TO SORT THIS OUT AND UNTIL NOW IM STILL WAITING FOR MAMANGMENT TO CALL ME TO RESOLVE THIS HORRIBLE TREATMENT RECEIVED FROM DOTESURE. I WAS TOLD MY AMMOUNT PAYABLE IS R7100 AND NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN ITS GONE UP TO R13000 WITHOUT MY CONSENT! PLEASE EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM DOTESURE AND THEIR FAKE PROMISES AND UNRELIABLE SERVICE! THEY LEFT MY BAKKIE SITTING IN A S**** YARD FOR 2WEEKS AND I WAS THE ONE WHO HAD TO INFORM THEM THEY HAVEN'T COLLECTED MY VEHICLE AS I WAS TOLD IT WAS COLLECTED. PLUS IM STILL WAITING ON MY RECORDINGS AS REQUESTED COUNTLESS OF TIMES SO I HAVE ALLY PROOF. I WILL BE GOING TO THE UMBUDSMEN
I get harassed dialy by MFC. I have made a payment plan with the one lady (who stuffed up, also admitted by MFC). I had to phone in last month two times to check why my debit order never went off. She said she would phone me back on the Friday, nothing! Eventually I spoke to a lady named Rene, who has been trying to help me sort out the mess the previous lady made. I have been struggling with very bad secuizes and have not been well and unable to work. I have sent my Dr's letter as requested stating that he is treating me and I'm on heavy medications. RK Kan government hospital have lost my medical folder. I am a business owner and am not supposed to be driving. Everytime I phone in to ask questions or see if Rene is available, the phone is put down on me. All I want to know is: is my normal debit order of R2600 coming off this month on the 15th? I will eft the balance owed when I get better and working properly. Also the amount of phone calls a day is harassment, expecially when I'm trying to work. I have advised MFC to phone after 3pm. They just don't listen. I need to talk to someone who actually knows what they are doing and can help, instead of making the problem worse.
I am so disappointed in cell c. Once again they have stolen money from me! I have sent my proof of payment to Ayanda Cele and she responds by saying it hasn't gone through on their side. I double checked with my bank. IT DID GO THROUGH! She will not respond to my emails. I want my money refunded back to me ASAP. I feel complaining on hello Peter is the only way to get help from anyone there
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I've been waiting 5days for a Manger to call me back. They will not respond to my emails nor do as they promise. Terrible customer service. Plus they liars. I've asked for the voice recording to be emailed to me, as it's my right as a customer, I just get ignored.
DO NOT TAKE OUT AN RCS CARD. Firstly you can never get through to rcs. I've spend over R200 on airtime just being put on hold. I've been trying for over a month to get through to cancel my card. I've sent emails, which they promise to reply within 48hours. That was a week ago! I'm am so feed up! I just want to cancel my card so I don't have to pay there expensive charges another month. So annoyed. Please people DO NOT OPEN AN RCS ACCOUNT!!
I don't even want to rate dotesure car insurance. Terrible service. I've got a new bakkie and have been waiting over a month for dotsure to install my tracker. What if my bakkie gets stolen today? How are they going to find it? Why am I paying my full amount with no tracker. When you ask for recordings they only send you the ones they want to, not the ones where they tell you something different. So annoyed!!! I won't recommend anyone else to your company again!!!!
