Telkom customer service is garbage man, absolutely atrocious. I called to ask for my number to get reinstated and was told to go to a physical store. Went to the store at Clearwater mall and they told me they can't assist, and need to call the contact centre. Clearly I'm been given the run around. Terrible terrible service smh.

You guys are lazy man!! There are a lot of things we don't like about the site/app but none of the concerns are being taken seriously. 1. I've been asking when will other deposit methods like Blu and OTT vouchers will get integrated and still nothing, it's been over a year. 2. The withdrawal methods are very limited, EFT and FNB ewallat is not enough, you need to add Absa Cash Send, Standbank instant money, Nedbank send imali, etc. The withdrawal process also takes too long, you need to process payments faster. 3. The trading department is very lazy. Some of the markets are still closed and only get opened at a later stage delaying us from placing bets, i.e., The corners market is closed for Champions League, Europa and Conference league for most of the games. All of the above are not taken seriously when multiple people have being complaining. We get generic answers like "there's no ETAs" smh. This is why people are using your competitors, betway, easybets, bet.co.za, betjets, 10bet because you're not improving, the experience is terrible, atrocious! Do better!!
Telkom subscribed me to an "event billing usage" for a company called "hipstia games: hulk mobile wallpaper", which I did not subscribed to and they have being billing me from the 1 October 2019. One of the consultants advised me that it shows that I subscribed to it on their system but I never did, we also tried to locate this background subscription on my phone and we did not find it. I Googled what this event billing usage was and found out that there are a lot of cases like mine were customers complained about this event billing. A lot of customers cannot be complaining about the same thing and Telkom ignores it and say they can't refund/credit their clients for these supposed subscriptions we made. This is utterly disrespectful to our intelligence as clients to be told that we subscribed to things we don't know about. Telkom is making billions on this event billing usage they charging their clients. They are making money off their clients, smh! They are ROBBING THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THIS MUST STOP!!!
