This is my 3rd complain im still not receiving joy with Asupol Policy no : AL230000002801955 ID: 8709130702085 We made a claim on the 19th June Today 21 days later we are told that we must wait for 7-14 days for response if the claim is going to pay or not !!! While on the 4th July we were told to wait for 48 hours on the 6th that the claim was on Suspense ( which we dont even know what that mean ) What is really going on with Asupol ?????

I made a claim on the 19 June till to date the claim has not been paid On the 21st i was told to send a letter which i did but still nothing On the 4th July was told to wait for 48 hours still nothing On the 6th was told the claim was on a on Suspense which i didn't even know what that mean

Re-post as i still haven't received a follow up from the Garage and ive went in the store and thy have not changed a thing - the same problem at Engen Ngwelezane when filling up as thy don't have water *watering can* that we must us to fil the car water

Re-post as inget no reply - last Saturday 20 April we were putting my cousin in her final resting place and the process involve cremation and the guy that was helping us said we can't cremate our sister in a casket he he called his friend to buy the casket from us and gave us this half box thing and said we must us it and said he cant move the body out of the casket we must do it ourselves It was clear to us that he said we cant use our casket cause he had already got a buyer * they also didn't give us fresh flowers * the carpet was dirty * i see may post on tick tock about Cebolethu people like me are not happy
