Most disappointing decision ever to join this bank
Utterly disappointed with the service I received from Standard Bank as a private client. They will get you on board make promises and then go back on their word. I will never recommend this bank to anyone. Glad to be leaving this bank an joining a bank that actually makes my story matter. Good riddance !

AFRIHOST/ WORST ISP AROUND DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM
The most inafective poor service I have come across in a long time. As a ISP you can forget about them sorting out any issues with the finre providers. They will make you do tests until you blue in the face and then tell you its the fibre provider. The fibre provider does not care as they are not providing the service and are paid by the ISP. You request call backs from mangers and they ignore you.

My issue still not solved
<p>I had a compla here a few weeks ago only to receive a message from vodacom now that my issue has been resolved as per the store ???? So the store now decides how my issue is dealt with . You people must be on drugs I want answers !!!! </p>

Abosulutly shocking service
<p>I am aplled by the vodacom data store in bayside. I handed my phone in 4 weeks ago to have the screen replaced. Its part of my contract to have one free screen repair within the first year of my vodacom contract. Firstly the consoltant never told me to switch off my ICLOUD the phone had layed in store for a 2 WEEKS and nobody contacted me to inform me this is an issue. To my suprise the joke of a manger told me the phone would be fetched that day!!! it was however not the case i had to return to the store as i had found no job number only to be told to full in another form before the phone would be worked on. I have never in my life received such **** service and i will cancel every single contract i have with vodacom. You are quick to offer contracts but your customer service is up to ****en ****</p>
