April 2025: Sadly I would not recommend Bosch Durbanville anymore, service was fine, up until they changed a quote I approved by 2000zar within 24 hours. Speculation is that they quoted me on old engineering costs, and their supplier upped their prices, however they should have absorbed the costs. Disappointed and will not be returning for any services/future work. It should be noted that the actual work is fine, the surprise 2000 increase is not okay, if it was 200 bucks, i would not have minded, but 2000 incorrect quote is unprofessional. March 2024: Derek was exteremely helpful, car was fixed appropriately. The only reason why, one star was removed is because I had to take the car back for a small thing that should not have happened. The actual service is good, however their transfer process is absolutely pointless. I required change of address, I followed all the protocols stipulated in their very own T&Cs. I get disconnected one month before I was supposed too, so timeline December - Transfer Request from one unit to another January - No internet - disconnected. then they have the cheek to say they can reactivate me for another "fee". It should all have been done correctly the first time. Feb - No longer Home connect customer

Vodacom Department: Online Sales. Service is not the best. All I wanted was a simple data sim contract for 109. Sent all the requested documents, got approved. I wanted them to debit from my secondary account and the consultant requested that it has to be my primary account. Which is absolute absurdity. Why should it matter which account the money is coming from. Anyway. Went to MTN. Got helped. Just by the way, I have been a Vodacom customer since 2006. Your loss :) for bad service.
Marcel and Gabriel assisted with the service expected. They knew what was wrong, even though i thought it was something else. I would recommend their service. Thanks Gents.
--this is an update from the previous 1 star. as always, you complain than you get service. this matter has been resolved and i received the service requested, albeit 3-5 months later. their communication is average, their app works as intended. i do think they deserve a look at, if they provide better service in the future for other clients. --below was previous 1 star review.
