DCCP109935 - CLM00214017 I have paid for a credit life policy which promises in the event of Advanced Cancer that I would be covered. I processed a claim for critical illness last year - where 3 installments were covered. My policy was then moved to another insurance company - they are aware of my sickness. The new policy states that critical illness / advanced cancer gets full payout on debt. However now my claim is not paid as I am still employed. No where on the policy does it state I have to be unemployed to claim in event of advanced illness or disability. My medical bills are piling up - so why are you advertising for cover, when you actually do not cover. I would stay clear of this Company. They will take a monthly premium but not pay out when you need them to,

We waited however to date no payment has been received - only message saying you are working on reviewing the issue. To date no response. I have read receipts saying that you have read the mails sent. You took her money monthly - now you dont want to pay. Disgraceful. I am not done here. I will be going to the Ombudsman
After payment was received from Premium Steel on the 15th of January 2024, our date has changed 3 times. I have sent numerous emails to which no one responds, and the telephone number provided is not answered. If my delivery is not done tomorrow 13th of March 2024, or an immediate refund is received. A theft case will be opened by myself with the SAPS in regards with this.
We received a quotation and paid on the 15th of January 2024. We received an email on the 17th of January 2024 that the estimated date for delivery was the 14th of February 2024. The 14th of February 2024 came and went without any correspondence from the supplier - emails go unanswered and the telephone too. Received an email on the 15th of February 2024: Good day We do apologise for the delay in communication. We received the following feedback from our factory. We regret to inform you that your delivery is delayed. This is as a consequence of a major failure in our equipment and loadshedding. We are working towards completing your order by 22/02/2024. Regrettably we had to extend your lead time but we assure you that your product is almost complete. Your new scheduled delivery date will be given on 23/02/2024. No surprise as the 23rd came and no email or telephone call from this supplier in regards with our delivery. Received an email yesterday 26th of February to say our new scheduled delivery is the 11th of March 2024. Management is unavailable. The service is pathetic. After the email of the 15th said our product is almost complete. This Company has poor management - and are perceived as Con artists, and as such they will be treated. Business run like a chreche Leaving countless messages if the phone is answered, and sending emails that are not rep**** to.
A claim was logged with this company which I have supported for more than 8 years which I never skipped a payment in March 2019. My claim was for theft on house hold contents. Not only did they no keep you up to date, i had to phone them the whole time. After weeks I was told that my claim will be "entertained " and will be paid out only on items I have proof of. Some of my items were older than 5 years, SARS only requires 5 Year of docs but apparently not Regent after which I was told it was in my policy wording which I said not I even emailed them the email I received when I got this insurance. After which I requested all my call recordings which was apparently logged with their IT to get more than two weeks ago. Maybe Regent should invest in another IT company. Should this matter not be resolved today I will contact the ombudsman. .
I have applied for an edgars account online. No feedback at all from this department. I followed up and said they needed additional info which was then emailed to them. A week later I phoned ********** and was told I could not be informed if the account was approved I needed to take it to the branch, Got at the branch and was asked if I received an sms. Hello no I am the one following up no correspondence from your side Bitterly dissapointed

When following up I was told it is not out on delivery as they do not have my address.....Really???? So FNB that has all my details did not give it to you? And you could send me an sms to tell me you have the card but not have the courtesy to follow up. So while my card is with CCD I hope that it is a safe, because if there is any transactions on it THAT I could not do there will be consequences. </p> <p> </p> <p>SO i was told i will receive my card monday as I only followed up today, as if it is my JOB. Asked to speak to Management, yet here I am more than 20 minutes on hold to speak to a manager.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is there management? Are they s****ed? </p> <p> </p> <p>The fact that this company is still running is a joke.</p> <p> </p> <p>Wonder if they would reply to this message?????? Doubt it</p>
