I have been buying Methanol from them for a while now and they deliver quick. I am also glad to see that they keep expanding on inventory as well as new tech on the market. I believe they are the best one stop shop for almost everything you could need for your car locally. As for pricing I believe it to be fair and reasonable. I have a lot more that I plan to buy from them in the future but the Methanol delivery has been flawless.
Extremely disappointed in the service thus far. Order was placed Monday and have not seen any progress on when I am expected to receive the order I placed. After reading more reviews I am now concerned about the quality and if I am going to review the correct Items. But I will surely update or place a new review once I receive the order of at all. I mean I had to do a follow-up call twice to get some kind of information but I am still in the dark on when and if I will be receiving my items.
Well, this place is just the worst of the worst. Pay for something to never receive it. You drop email after email to hope and find information or a solution to the problem but it seems it is all operated by robots as every reply is generic in some form. basically pointless leaving you nowhere with more frustration and disappointment. It has been months yet there is no place to get real assistance, I mean why would they? they have your money so they are happy. Seems all to be 50% real and 50% scam. It is like you go into a draw of what will strike you next. I thought this to be bad for the band's image but I am sure they are aware of this issue and I have been a fan since day one, I mean I have a damn tattoo of the band yet they keep doing business like this. Is this the love and respect they show their fans that stayed loyal to them throughout all these years? ****es me off, especially when it is for a limited edition item that you pay a premium for just to have it lost and all you paid for is frustration, anger, and disappointment. #Korn, do something as I am so disappointed in you for not stepping up and getting the store on track. After all, it is your image, band name, and merch therefore your responsibility to fix this. How many more of your loyal fans and supporters have to go through this unacceptable treatment? For how long, until you lose us all, and then it will be too late to try and fix it.
Ok, so I am starting to think this was a bad choice and complete waste of time. After about two weeks of trying to get the fibre line installed in my house, I am still getting nowhere. First Open Serve scheduled the installation to take place where the technician never showed up but gave feedback as to the task being completed. End up calling left and right to try and have this be corrected and the installation actually takes place and not be falsely reported as done leaving a customer frustrated and nowhere. The sad thing is every time I speak to anyone it turns into a disaster. Yes, they are helpful but skilled, that's to be questioned. For example, at some point, I decided to ENQUIRE on how cancellations work but before that, I was asking them to give me an update as to the progress on the fire installation and for them to escalate it again. They end up canceling my order, I was enquiring how it works and did not request to cancel. This was however not the first time they messed up like this. Please I warn you IF EVER you need to speak to anyone stay on one subject and wait for that to be resolved as enquiring and requesting things at the same time seems to confuse the "Profesional trained" staff and will most likely get it all mixed up and twisted. At this point, I do not know if it is worth going to Afrihost as it seems they are losing touch with what used to make them grate. There is much more I can add and have all conversation etc to back it up but I do not want to write a book, I am so disappointed.
I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO DO ANY BUSINESS WITH RECTRON AT ALL AS YOUR COMPANY WILL BE DRAGGED DOWN LOWER THAN DIRT. IF YOU VALUE GROWTH AND STRIVE TO SUCCEED THEN LOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE THAT CAN PROVIDE THE SAME PRODUCT/S AS YOU CAN'T GET WORSE THAN RECTRON SERVICE. Please wake the F@ck up @Rectron!!! It is clear you take no pride in your business nor do you strive to be any good. You are filled with Bull**** stories and excuses, full of lies, and an absolute joke. Is this what you set out to be, a failing business as that is where you are heading, failure aka closing your doors soon. Well, that is if you continue doing business the way you are currently... We know this is SA but it seems you are striving to become the head topic of bad business and the main story on Carte Blanche, SABS news, and/ or paper. Why I do not know. How Rectron is still in business I do not know and blows my mind that **** manages to stick around this long.
So it seems to be a life long customer of Vodacom and having contracts with them for years have finally seemed to have met its end. Why am I saying this...? Well, I have reported poor to almost no signal for a while now and their excuses are they struggling to get space to put up towers... Like they talking to general idiots that do not know towers can simply be upgraded and if not replace the existing one with a new one... where they already have real estate. Not to speak that on 4G I am running under 1Mbps download and above 2Mbps upload. Funny how that works, perfect for streaming if I were to do that but to download information or stream anything. Seems Vodacom has reached the part where their pockets are full and being like the rest of the leadership in SA, out to take everything from everyone with no concern or plan of giving anything back in return. First want to fake their way out of overcharging customers for data by having to say it is due to having better customer services and networks. Well seems that's a lie since nothing has improved in my area for years except for their ever-improving lies and excuses. Vodacom USED to be great, now it seems they are a bunch of sharks out to take everything from you, leaving you bone dry ... I feel it is time people see the "New" Vodacom and that it is time to move on. PS, don't blame this on the theft of batteries, load-shedding or the break-in cables in the ocean... No blame this on the fact that you are clearly incompetent in having to adapt to the above-mentioned issues that have been around for years now yet you do nothing but play the same old same SA game... Blame everything and everyone else but yourselves. You disgust me and are a disgrace having to be one of the greatest to have fallen to the worst.
<p>Where to begin ...</p> <p>Placed an order and like most reviews you would see its been a month or longer ... i myself lost track waiting so long. Now as others ... customs is to blame ... like everytime ... yeah right. </p> <p>To top that not only have i waited a month plus for my order but they send the WRONG SIZE (lables have been cut off) and THE WRONG ITEM(wrong design) MATERIAL INCONSISTANT (92% Polyester and 8 % Spandex) yeah right. Not even what i ordered, wrong size and inconsistant !!! *** !!! Is wrong with them</p> <p> </p> <p>They just need to close up shop. Keep crying wolf (held up by customs) everytime. Dont think so.</p> <p>If i could give them a rating of 5 **** rather then stars i would cause they dont even deserve 1star thats how horrifing they are. A compeny of nightmares.</p> <p> </p> <p>There is allot more i can say but most important is: DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THEM !!!</p>
