Very sad to deal with businesses like this, feels like a **** than anything else. Poor quality product with loads of defects. Very nice and friendly when selling but as soon as you pay you will have no backup. I was promised a replacement but have been constantly **** to and now just ignored. Canopy had issues from the start but in good faith I paid them since they said they will sort out issues. Been 6 months now since purchase and only more problems materialised. Most happened within 1st month. Rust in many places Leaks through weld on roof Bad welds Canopy back door does not close anymore, because door was not centered in frame properly. Many areas not sprayed properly so lots of future rust coming
Was hoping I wouldn't need to resort to a review but has now been nearly 3months without any response from Treehaus and seems that I am now sitting with an expensive new canopy that is already rusting. Had a few problems with the canopy when it was delivered. I was told problems would be sorted out so I was happy to trust them and make payment. After payment unfortunately I'm on my own it seems with a canopy that is useless to me. Won't go into the minor problems on the canopy but main issues are the bad welds where water is leaking in at numerous locations. Within 2 months of purchase the canopy has started rusting at most joint locations on the inside. Really shocked that a business does not take pride in their work and sort out these mistakes immediately. Before my order I had also specifically asked if the rear door design will secure the load bin flap, was not going to order a design that allows flap to be open with canopy closed . This ended up not being the case either so can't lock canopy. It's of no use to me now, was needed to keep gear safe and dry.
Really good at selling you a product but really bad at providing the product sold. Had a fibre line from them for a few years, never got the speed I was paying for finally it got so bad I was forced to cancel and get a different internet provider. Gave them many chances to fix issues but no response. Then after canceling they had the audacity of continuing to try to bill me. I actually tried cancelling for many months prior, really hard to get them to stop contract. After a year now with being with another provider, they still trying to get money from me, really shocking. Even after giving them there 2 months notice of cancelation. Seems like there is no correspondence between departments at Vox. Had already forgotten about them and then they had the nerve to put a debt collector on me today for some cancelation charge that I have now been informed of for the first time. So its fine if I pay them for years with not getting what I pay for but if you dare to cancel then they want more money for that to ? Crazy times.
I purchased a 200GB data bundle from Cell C website, only when I tried to use it I noticed I could not, so had to contact there help center to find out why. I was informed I had purchased there Black site data. I asked them to just change it over to normal data since obviously there has been some kind of mistake. I didn't even know there was such a thing. When purchasing data I was not informed it was not normal data. After speaking to various people at the call center some even being rude they just said they can't do anything. No consumer rights upheld whatsoever. I don't want this data and they don't even want to exchange it for normal data although the price is exactly the same.
<p>I had a 3 year LTE contract - when contract was to expire I sent in cancelation form as required - 2 months before contract end date. This I did repeatedly for the 2 month period and no one at telkom did there job to actually cancel contract as requested. They kept billing me after contract ended for another 3 months. I had to reverse debit order and now Telkom has given me over to Credit Bureu as if I owe them money. I was originally planning on taking out a different contract but now there is no way since I can't even get my old one cancelled. I have been passed around on call centres till Iam literally wanting to loose my mind. No one does anything, I have now just given up trying to fix this. Hoping someone from Telkom that actually is does there work can contact me and sort out this billing issue. </p>
