On the 18th of June I made a reservation enquiry for accommodation in Herm**** through Lekkeslaap. Dominique from their office sent me a quote very quickly and a quote was provided for the specific guest house. I made the reservation and it was once again confirmed promptly and the invoice was emailed to me. Somehow as I was in a hurry I misread the amount owed by me (there was a discount as the guesthouse had a special on) and overpaid them. I hardly hit the "Pay" button on my bank's website when I got a call from Lekkeslaap pointing out the mistake. I was quite shocked at my oversight but was quickly reassured that the overpaid amount would be in my bank account on the Monday (the 18th was a Friday) and lo and behold on Monday the money was back i my account! Now this is not just efficient service but prompt and honest as well. How often one struggles to get refunds from companies and this mistake on my side was not even picked up immediately by myself but rather from Lekkeslaap's side and action was taken immediately by them to rectify it. I have since used them again and I find their service great. Not only is their website user-friendly, but when you book you can also sent questions you may have for the property via e-mails through Lekkeslaap. Before one travels one gets all kinds of updates on the property with directions on how to get there etc. It's a no-brainer, I will keep on using them and recommend them to anyone.
I had the pleasure of dealing with this company for the second time and I can really recommend them. They stay in touch and give you all the relevant information pertaining to your trip. Their service is fast and friendly and having dealt with Kefiloe Moema I can only say she is a star. Thank you for all your help Kefiloe!
Pep has always come to the party with excellent prices and friendly staff. I do have to make a special mention of ALTA, the manageress of the Cradlestone Mall store. I needed 22 pairs of shoes for a netball team I am helping and she went absolutely out of her way to phone around to other stores to get them and in the right sizes for me. She is a hardworking person; often when I go into the store she is busy helping to hang up and sort out clothes - a real busy bee, always on the go and always, always willing to help and go the extra mile. This is not the first time she has gone out of her way to assist me, so thank you for being a star Alta!
I don't even want to give this company run by ****** a star at all. I am NOT interested in a loan and never asked them for one. Yet, after having phoned, e-mailed, blocked, whatever them, they KEEP sending me their stupid emails for loans. WHAT is there they do not understand that I am NOT interested in their spam rubbish.
A certain ********** keep filling our inboxes with spam mail. I have repeatedly unsubscribed ( I never EVER subscribed!) and I have sent him e-mails again and again to take my name off the mailing list. I used Netflorist once about 4-5 years ago and it was a disaster so am NOT interested in their products. I would loved to know if they actually read mails and understand when people do NOT want their spam!
<p>Bought merchandise to the value of R669.92 yesterday at Cradlestone Mall. 3 Items did not fit and we went into Krugersdorp this morning so I can get a refund. I went to Mr Price Clothing at President Square, Krugersdorp. Firstly when they opened the store I had to wait for the 3 male cashierds to cound their petty cash - surely these things must be done BEFORE the sstore opens?When the cahsier called my I explained to him why I wnat arefund and gave him the three items (still had tags on plus the till slip of the Cradlestone mall store).He then tells me he hasn't got money to refund me, only coins! I told him that is unbelievable as it is a SHOP!He then asked if I could come back a bit later as they might have cash then.Then I saw his neighbour was busy counting R10 notes and said well, he has money and I DO want a refund. Can I just mention we live outside of town, about 20minutes drive and I don't go to town every day. Then another of the men on duty grabbed a phone, "spoke" to someone and tells me they CAN'T refund me, I have to go back to Mr Price Sport!!I said I have never heard such nonense whereupon the cashier told me oh its all printed in teh terms and conditions at the back of the slip! This is UTTER NONSENSE - there is NOTHING like that on the slip! How can you employ such incompetent people?How can they lie like that and AFTER I told them I live far out of town, I can't just pop into the store when it suits THEM! This is the worst customer service I have EVER experienced and I would love an explanation! I don't knwo when I will be going into town so I am still sitting with the stuff. This is unacceptable and just ridiculous!</p>
