You know after seeing the reviews on Capitec I get nervous because they also have withheld some money on my account swell as my husband's, they said they are investigating a case on money that was sent to our accounts. Mine was cleared a day later but then my miney is still withheld, why I dont know when you speak to their agents it seems they also do not know what to do. I really cannot wait to change banks I have been seeing a lot of people complain about this bank after years of being clients some 20yrs etc and im convinced to exit aswell. Im really appalled.
There is no service at this restaurant at all, we got there it was packed. There weren't tables for us to sit some were actually empty but we couldn't occupy as there were bags and belongings of people that went to swim. By the time we got a table we had to beg for a waiter to attend to us that is after about two hours of begging. Anyway (highlight of the day) before we got *ourselves* a table the manager Elaine if I'm not mistaken that's her name came to us sitting by the side waiting for space and she was sooo rude. She told us we must move, we asked her to get us a table instead as we can't be moving around with an infant she then told us straight that she doesn't care we have an infant even if it means we exit the area it's not her problem and continued to say she also doesn't care that we paid, we asked why she wasn't so polite the answer we got was that if we think she's rude we have not yet seen anything as her boss will come swear at us. Yoh I've never experienced this level of rudeness before! I don't even want to get into race.
Checkers 60 Tambotie mall, I ordered 24 products and only 21 were delivered and they took the full amount when I try to send a query via the app the app requires me to make a call meaning I must have sufficient airtime. Did I not wait for over 3 mind for someone to answer my call. I just need my query resolved, can I have my money back please. You have no right charginge the full amount but sending less items than what I ordered. This is happening for the 2nd time now!!!!
I am really unhappy and un impressed by the FNB customer services. I have been calling and seeking for assistance from FNB the whole week without getting any results, I would be promised that everything will work but after numerous times my online banking profile has not been fixed. My husband is experiencing the same issue the Paypal service line has promised that his details will be verified in 48 hours, he waited and waited and called again still nothing has bee done and he has waited more than 7 days.
A big thank you to Woolworths in Keywest Krugersdorp. I had problems with my card due to a bank technical problem the employees were more than helpful and very patient they waited for me to try and sort out the issue I had even after their working hours. This is indeed what I call excellent customer service.
Capitec really has inconvenienced me in the past two days, nothing was communicated I had to call to find out there were technical problems. I couldn't use my card or access my finds for over 4 hours. What an inconvenience!!!!
<p>The Metro Bus service has become the worst in the past two weeks, I normally take a Sandton Express bus from Westgate (Roodepoort bus terminal) and the driver is always late. The bus should leave exactly at half past 6 but the driver decides to pitch at 7am, when it happened the 1st time we understood but it has become a habit. Thus very same driver used to drive the 7am Sandton Express bus and even then he was always late. This driver clearly does not ****ct our time as commuters nor does he ****ct his job and his company's reputation. I have always known Metro bus to be the only best bus in Gauteng but this experience has changed my perception on how I view the company. Can something be done please what happened to excellent service?</p>
