Bought a packet of Frutus Chews, and they are hard as rocks, cannot even bite into one. Will never buy this product again
We ordered a meal online to be delivered, after 1 hour no one turned up with anything. We phoned the store only to find out that they did not receive the order, after I received a email and SMS saying that the order was successfully sent to the store, even the website said that the order has been accepted by the store for delivery. This is truly unprofessional and so was the staff that we were talking to over the phone, they don't know what's going on in there own store. This was Steers The Hanger in Vereeniging

<p>I visited Makro Vaal in the hopes of finding the right product. I looked for a Access Point and at first the salesman said that they do not have. I then walked through the store to do my weekend shopping and thought to myself that I saw Access Points on the shelf. I then walked back to the IT department and my guess was right - there were access points on the shelf and I asked them again do they have access points. The answer thus time was disturbing, and I quote: 'Sir there is no such thing as an access point'. How do you put staff in a department that does not even know what a access point is. I then showed them the product and they were stunded. You guys really need to train your staff beter or replace them with people that know what they are doing.</p>
<p>We ordered two large lime milkshakes just to find out that the ice cream machine does not work after they made 1 half full milkshake.</p> <p> </p> <p>The manager was suppose to maintain the machines, and when we asked him he answered us in a very 'stupid' way as he doesn't even know what's going on in his own store</p>
<p>Booked in my phone at Cell C for repairs and they promised me that I will get my phone back in 3-4 Weeks.</p> <p>They have not contacted me since and it is coming up now for almost 4 and a half weeks.</p> <p>Exteremly bad service, STAY AWAY FROM CELL C</p>
