Mister sweets and their customer care is disgusting.It has been three weeks since the courier picked up your rotten sweets and of course no one has updated me on their investigations even though I have sent an email.Can someone contract me because it is not my job to be up and down contacting your customer care as if I am servicing you !!!!!!!

I’m utterly annoyed.I purchased jelly sweets and sour worms and upon my daughter opening the pack she says she first smelt an odour however proceeded to have some sweets .She then brought the sweets to me and I also could smell and the taste was horrid.Bear in mind this product has not expired.I am even scared to open the sour worms.fast forward I complain to mister sweets and I am assured that courier will come pick up the sweets.last Thursday I got a missed call from Aramex and I could not phone the number back but I just thought they would call however that has not happened.i sent an email to mister sweets yesterday and I was contacted my innocents who imp**** that I missed many calls from aramex on Thursday and Friday,I told her that there was only missed call.she then said the driver will come yesterday later but I received no call or any correspondence from the driver.can I please be assisted .

Bought Rascals from Makro Cornubia only to come home and realize it was expired stock. Emailed query on website and Jason sales rep in Durban called me... to date he has made false promises on dropping off a hamper.... i have sent 2 more requests to mister sweets with no feedback. And nobody answers the JHB landline..... absolutely terrible service

Brought Sweets at PEP Stores Gatesville White Chocolate covered Malts-which is on the shelves however b/b date was 5 December 2020-mailed yesterday on their website no response utterly disgusting and unfortunately i had to go to the bathroom much more than usual still waiting on e mail response or phonce call

I purchased a product 2 months ago and had a problem with a mister sweet product. I would have liked the product to be collected and tested as the taste was horrible. I wrote a complaint and sad to say the company took over 2 months to respond. Seems like customer service is not their priority.
