It was horrible service, we were ignored by our waiter most of the time. He brought everyone's food except for one person on the table who's food came after we were all finished. The different waiter who brought our food was very rude.
They had a promotion thing where if you visited the gym 4 times since signing up and your first payment is successful you get your second month free. I did everything right and they still took my money. I'm just so disappointed you know, why would they say something that is just not true
What a joke!!!! What a horrible experience. They didn't help me at all!! I have a router contract ons my moms name, but then the router stopped working, so we phoned and they said we have to come in to the shop so I had to come all the way to Kroonstad because my mom had to come with and they literally just pull up heir shoulders and say they can't help. This was really a very horrible interaction
I had a great experience with these guys. They had some really good quality products and they were very nice and friendly
I had a horrible experience where I am trying for two days now to return items and they just keep on telling me they don't have the money. What on earth! I don't feel like that should be my problem? They have a return policy and if it is a service they offer, then they have to be prepared
It was the worst service ever. I tried to open an account with them for wifi. They said they would send my application and get back to me the following day, it's been 7 days and not a word from them. I drive all the way to the shop and tell me the person who helped me is not available and so they can't help me according to his mistakes. They then said we have an unsettled bill but we settled it 7 days ago and brought them the receipt. It was just a terrible experience where no one can really help me. Oh and you can't call them because they just don't answer.
They advertise very widely that you get a month free when you successfully refer someone. I did, and did not receive my month of. Took it up with the branch and they have been promising me for 4 months they would take care of it. But they did not.
