Sent an e mail complaining about their products being sour far before the best before date and they didnt even respond to my complaint
The Produce especially cakes was stale when we went to go and buy we're fans of the ring donuts but as of late the donuts is very stodgy as well as the carrot cakes as well -we are very disappointed in the way the produce has gone from great to bad
Sundays is leisure day and we decided to get KFC from Vangate Mall-bad decision as there was a long line and we received RAW CHICKEN and after sending them a mail this morning I have received any feedback saying tehy will look into the matter Streetwise and coleslaw goes well together but not at KFC Vangate Mall User's recommendation: Proceed with caution rather go to Gatesville.
Sent a mail to Melissa at Casa Mia with products that its old and she asked for pictures - i sent and i was told about product retention well if i was working there i would have seen that the stock retention takes place

Have you ever heard about a soggy burger bun well then this is the place to get it from my friend surprised me and the family with Whopper Meals and to my surprise two of the buns was soggy seems like someone has poured sauce on the buns let it to soak and then re applied sauce and the funny thing this was just me and my wife's meals -can you say heartburn and indigestion thank you Burger King for a wonderful experience however this didnt hit that feel good spot They called me once and i was busy at that time and never again -despite leaving messages i get the same response that one of the team members will contact me their call centre agent will put you on hold if they dont understand you or you cant hear them and they never call back this is becoming typical of WIPE MY ASSS of your complaints cause you didnt spend a lot at their business
Krispy Kreme a dream for most of us and thank you for your great flavours -a variety of doughnuts was brought at Engen Settlers Way (not familiar with the date) we sat down to break our fast on Wednesday and the doughnuts felt stale what a disappointment to have a melktert doughnut and not being able to experience the full effect. My children and wife also was disappointed as we had guest for the breaking of our fast 2 assorted boxes and i ascertain only 2 or 3 doughnuts was fresh -still a great product just a bit disappointed Warm Regards Tauheer
Bought some Hot Cross Buns at Pick n Pay Strand Street, Cape Town CBD on 01/04/2021 at 14:15 (have the receipt in front of me currently). Went back to office Low and behold the 3 packs of hot cross buns I brought was so doughy in the middle i only recently got back to work to utter my dismay -now I work in Woodstock about 30 minutes from Pick N Pay and I refuse to go back to the store to advise the manager of this as if calling doesn't help (only a beep after making your selection) then paying R75-00 for Uber to get to the store is certainly not going to help what do i do in this regard
I buy a voucher every month however this month when i punched in the voucher i get a message account on hold and the call centre agent said they want to refresh my account but still the same what do I do the agent cannot understand what i say allthough we communicated in English i'm at witts end
Brought Sweets at PEP Stores Gatesville White Chocolate covered Malts-which is on the shelves however b/b date was 5 December 2020-mailed yesterday on their website no response utterly disgusting and unfortunately i had to go to the bathroom much more than usual still waiting on e mail response or phonce call
