Service is pathetic, my mother found a dead fly between the rice. I ordered a Slider combo that includes chips and drink well the cashier NEVER cashed it up as a combo . As well as the personnel look like they all came out a oil bath. EUW !!!
I did a new line installation and contract with Telkom in November 2017, I was then told installation date will be the 28th November 2017. On that same morning when I phoned in at the call center I was told by a call center agent that they will do the installation at 12oclock the afternoon I phoned in at the call center where an agent told me that the technician department is closed for two weeks. I went to the branch shop in Menlyn shopping center where the new installation date was made on their system for the 25th of January. Well guess what the same lies where given by the call center agents !!!
They are the most rudest unfriendly company and workers I have ever been in business with. All they want is your money and the do not give a client full information about your account. You as client must phone them to find out what's going on
