Annual request for transplant medications sent 12 Jan 26 & still not approved 2 months later. All other chronic meds eventually approved end of Feb 26 & even that was a ridiculous *********** delay, but still no transplant LIFE SUSTAINING immunosuppressive meds. Ive repeatedly called & get told its escalated but thereafter zero feedback. Im on my last dose today so accordingly will log my case with the ombud & contact my attorneys & take this to social media. Zero out of town rating Bankmed. Im 12 years post transplant and see my ICD10 code for transplant was also removed from my list of pmb conditions. No one gave you notice or authority to do this. Explain yourselves Bsnkmed! Now I have to run around sending in forms because you stuffed up? Check your damn records & reinstate my transplanted pmb status & authorize my meds.
Booked return flights Dbn Jhb for 1 specific trip related to an inflexible medical appointment booked 3 months ago. Then today-4 days before flight times prepaid for, this Airline randomly cancels our flights & their only counter offer is a refund in form of a voucher (definitely not acceptable-flysafair got my cash & I want my cash refunded, not a stupid voucher) or pick a different flight & then the options are literally 1 alternative which simply doesn't align with my appointments for the day or allow for travel times and other associated bookings to be amended. There's car hire involved here too so this entire situation is a stuff up. BTW there no other available airline /flights with another airline no matter cost either. How do you do this to paid-up passengers? Its disgusting. Be ashamed Flysafair. You deserve 0/10 rating.
This is a new product/service after many satisfactory years with a different tracking service provider. I look forward to being safe with Matrix & Beame for years to come. They came highly recommended!
Relentless Harassment....15 unsolicited calls since Monday and the cheek of it, a whatsapp spam attempt as well. I don't know who gave these annoying people my number, but it definitely wasn't me. They don't have my permission to market to me nor am I interested in any insurance quotes. I keep blocking their numbers including their whatsapp number and have categorically opted out (on their whatsapp number). I do not give anyone permission to market to me and I never buy anything over the phone so PLEASE JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!!!
Was advised via sms my item would be delivered 2/2/2024 between 8 & 4. I waited all day & the only time I had to go out for medical reasons, of course the driver pitched up. Didn't phone 1st to advise he was on his way nor did I get an sms notificationhe was on his way, unlike other efficient courier companies. I immediately called their call centre and said send the driver back, he can't be more than 5 minutes away. Was told it would be escalated. Needless to say nothing happened. Saturday I got another sms saying I was unavailable for delivery and must call to make arrangements. I did that Monday morning, only to be told I'd have to pay again for delivery if I wanted it at a specific time/date. Unacceptable! This has gone around in circles all 3x I've spoken to them today. "It's been escalated". Needless to say I believe this is an attempt to hold my goods to ransom, mafia tactics! I've contacted the service provider who contracted with them for delivery services & complained-ive already paid for door to door, I refuse to pay twice or be forced to "be available " 8 to 4 for the next week "just in case" they actually fulfill their contractual obligations to deliver. Effectively, they've ****** my item and won't deliver unless I cough up another delivery fee to them (something I already paid my service provider!)
Over a year ago I had to fight to get TFG to STOP marketing to me. I revoked all marketing permissions & consent in line with the POPI Act. Thankfully, I didnt hear from them until this month. Now they've started relentlessly harassing me again across email, sms & phone calls from all of their brand stores. Get it straight TFG, I dont want anything you're selling; you don't have my permission to share my details to anyone withong TFG or any 3rd party company. I do not want your sales calls. Do not market anything (product or financial service) to me.
One Star Rating is GENEROUS. I have repeatedly emailed customer service to update that I do NOT WANT TO BE MARKETED to. I have told the marketers on answering calls to remove me from contact lists. Yet I continue to get 10 calls PLUS a day. I have blocked the number but am still notified (which disrupts my busy working day) of missed calls. TFG is in breach of POPI; their attempts to sell you any financial services are also in breach of FAIS legislation that requires a needs analysis be done FIRST. I have reported these breaches to the respective ombuds. I could close my account - opened in 1995 - current balance ZERO - happily but know it won't stop TFG from calling. I hardly stop at any of the stores. Staff are rude , product offering is poor quality and completely lacking in style or appeal and expensive. TFG you have already lost me to the competition. Stop harassing me. I will never be shopping at any of your stores again on account or in cash and trust me, I work in the Financial services industry - I will never buy any of your financial services. I have everything I need except one thing - TFG out of my life!!!!!
<p>On my bond in Jan 2013 to March 2013, I was fraudulently debited with Nedbank insurance despite having supplied them with proof of my own cover from inception. Nedbank eventually refunded me the premiums and interest. Having seen the refund I was satisfied if deeply disturbed by the dishonesty. Imagine my horror on reviewing my bond statement history recently to find I was once again fraudulently debited on 8 April 2013. This amount of R1348.98 was added to my bond and I have been payng interest on the full amount outstanding ever since. This is unacceptable & so I called their call centre, was punted around from home loans to insurance and then put on hold and told home loans would call me back because they can't see the fraudulent debit on their side. Nedbank, you are liars and thieves. Give me my refund and a full reconciliation of the interest since that date to current and refund me that interest as well. And I demand to see your calculations becaue I am aware you calculate based on daily balances. You have 29 days in which to do so before I take the case to the banking ombud. And yes I will be naming and shaming on every public forum I can. Not only are you in contravention of several laws, but you do not treat your customers fairly and do not adhere to banking codes of good conduct. I may even lay charges of theft and fraud against your company directors as is my right to do so. Get moving Nedbank, clock is ticking....</p>
<p>After discussing a policy with an OM mandated broker on 23 Feb I dedided to surrender a policy and invest in another more suitable product. I requeted a form telephonically and was promised it within 10 minutes. It never arrived. I queried with the broker on 28 Feb if she had a surrender form and she told me she was too busy to deal with me because it was financial year end. I emailed the call centre requesting a form on 1 March - so did the broker. It arrived on 4 March. Meantime the broker clearly did have a copy as she mailed it to me on the 3rd. I ran around looking for an OM branch, had to do a 15km trip to find one, where the staff didn't want to verify my ID and proof of address but eventually a branch manager did. I returned the forms via email on 6th and failed completely to rec any auto response or acknowlegement of the request. I telephonically queried what was happening to the surrender today, 8th, and was told it will take 10 working days to "verify" i am who i am and my banking details supplied actually belong to me. 10 days? Really? Pathetic. I can't get my own funds out of this useless organization, who i think grossly underperforms financially anyway. Which is why they won't be getting another cent from me EVER. I decided to move my Nedbank bond as well i am so sick of the slack service and lies OM - Nedbank is as bad as the OM group they belong to. You now lose over R1m in interest revenue over the remainder of my bond....and i am just one customer. Imagine how many of the unhappy ones here could do the same. Want to explain that to your shareholders?</p>
