Afternoon Would just like to say I went and had lunch today at Maggie's home of the chicken pie with my wife, 9 month old daughter and mother in law. After we ate my daughter needed a nappy change so my wife found a table away from everyone and proceeded to change my daughter's nappy. So once almost finished I shed a male manager came up to her to tell her that she can't change my daughter's nappy there but must go and change it in the bathroom where a nappy station is then he continued with serious and just been rude. Nowhere at the place does it have signs to the fact of there us a diaper station in the bathroom and when I come fronted him on this fact no apology was even given to how he spoke and Comments he made to my wife. I found this too be terrible customer service in a restaurant where the food is excellent.
Good morning I contacted the online help section of Telkom to find out if i have free LIT to stream showmax as they have a special on only to be told that YES indeed the LIT is free so i subscribe to showmax thinking this only to find now after speaking to someone at the call center that i will be paying for the data that showmax consumes and that i am paying for the 31 Dec 2017 which is when i activated it a full R69 which is the monthly fee never mind showmax gives 14 days free trial but telkom bills regardless. 2ND thing i applied online in the beginning of DEC 2017 for their big deal promo and we are now in January 2018 and i still haven't received any word as to what is happening with my application, called in to be told that the online dept is on holiday and i must wait for them to come back irrespective that i applied ages before they closed. Really starting to think that going with telkom was a bad idea. Moral of the story get everything on email or writing cause seems the people working their in the call center and online dept dont know what the hell they talking about, especially when 2 people tell you 2 different things. Thank you hellopeter for letting me rant here. And to telkom call me and sort it out please as this is completely unacceptable.
I would like to find out why after we pay for data does it have a expiry date and if i still have data left at 30 days does it get cancelled from my phone. I mean after all i did pay for it so why would it get cancelled i mean when i buy something at the shop it doesn't get taken away after a certain period of time, surely vodacom should refund or extend the data that is left on your sim card if it was paid for? To me that is tan amount to stealing surely as i paid full price for it so surely it is my data till it is finished and cant just be taken away, i had over 1 gig of data still on my sim and today **** like magic it disappeared. Sorry to say but this is absolute madness that we must pay actually over pay compared to the rest of the world for data and then it still gets taken away, surely something should be given back to the consumer and we dont just have our money stolen, hell i would even be happy with a digital voucher to load more data when i want to recharge data. Am i the only one who feels that this is ludacris???????????????
<p>I have had a judgement taken out on my name cause of this company for a account that i failed to pay due to work and so forth but this company took a judgement out on me without contacting me before hand.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now i get emails from them which says i owe almost double what the debt was they want to serve me with a summons and that when they cant even reply to numerous emails been sent to them,</p> <p> </p> <p>How is it that this company can get away with the things it does cause i have asked numerous times for them to get in contact with me to resolve this issue and set up some sort of a payment plan n now i have complications with my baby girl who is due and my cfar stuffed out SO JUST WANT TO SAY A BIG THANK YOU </p>
