I ordered a chocolate chip waffle with ice cream, maple syrup and pecan crumbs. What I got was nothing but a cold waffle with chocolate sauce(the bottled one you pour over ice cream) and some ice cream with golden syrup. No legit maple syrup, no chocolate chips and no pecan crumbs.. Was extremely dissapointed.. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. And then no excuse or anything was given as to why I didn't get what I ordered. Really upset me.
I absolutely love this place! Even though I don't drink they cater for me in the most fun ways you can think. Their mock tails are delicious and beyond comparison! Their music is amaze ***** and the waiters are just so friendly. I love this place
I used Mr Delivery for the first time in years and to my surprise their service is efficient and convenient. The food was still nice and hot but the delivery man wasn't very friendly, he literally didn't say 1 word to me. But nevertheless maybe he was having a bad day. But still the service was nice and quick.
I have an account with Markham. I opened it at Cape Gate branch. The people that work there is so lovely, they're friendly and very much attentive and go out of their way to please you. I'm very happy with their service.
The food is lovely, the service is great and the art in the museum is just remarkable. It's amazing how talented our South African artists are. It's a beautiful sight for the eyes. And the Cafe staff are wonderful souls!
The food was excellent, but the service was super bad, we like waited so long just for drinks. My colleague that ordered breakfast got old bread as toast, and only 1 slice where the menu said 2 slices and to top it off there was no butter given. My bowl was chipped and the waiter couldn't make eye contact at all. The manager did not even come to check how things were at all and when I went inside, she looked me in my face and did not even greet me. Talk about unprofessional. The Cafe really needs to work on their customer service, it doesn't help your food is lovely but then the service is bad because customer service is what makes the business name good.
The order that I gave was taken totally wrong and when I let the cashier know that she gave me the wrong order she spoke in her mother tongue, dragged me through her teeth and tossed the slip back and me. Then one of he kitchen workers come o the front with working equipment (tongs) in her hand and spoke over it, something which is very unhygenic, I mean I studied hospitality and catering service and one of my subjects were safety and sanitation. First of all she shouldn't even be on the other side where orders are given because she should be making sure orders are being completed then given to customers, second of all she shouldn't have tongs or anything of the sort with her, nevermind even having it in front of her mouth while talking to someone, knowing fully that she uses that to prepare food for other people to eat and third of all she shouldn't be touching the work counter when she is supposed to be prepping food. And then when the cashier gave me my order I got the ugliest look from her. I would never go back to them to support there services. And to top everything off, my chicken had lots of blood in it too almost like it wasn't cooked properly, the skin was also not crunchy like KFC always is, it was soggy and oily. I have been disappointed by KFC already but this time I don't think I'll ever buy it again. It's a waste of my money.
<p>We went to longbeach mall this morning (17/04/2017) for Wimpys breakfast special <br />This is what it looked like <br />Very dissapointed!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>No preserves where given as advertised .And when we called waitress to ask her about the meal .The other waitress at the till gave us a dirty look and shook her head .</p>
<p>Very disappointed in KFC Tokai, this isn't the first time that I receive cold food from them. The lettuce was dark green and not crispy at all, the tomato wasn't even ripe..</p> <p>There was hardly any sauce on too... </p> <p>Very disappointed!! </p>
