Mzunduzi abuse
There is no help from these ppl whatsoever, i have tried calling from the morning, Newholmes has not had lights from 3am and itz 9pm and still nothing. How must the people survive like this. Not everyone can afford to throw away the monthly groceries nor can people keep going to the shop and buy daily as transport is a problem. When will our leaders start thinking about their people, its so sad with our living conditions yet when it comes to month end the bills are never late nor will we get a chance to not pay as how we are abused with what we rightfully are paying for but cannot use.

Nightmare accommodation
We had decided to make a booking and as any ordinary person internet is ur quickest solution so as we did we scrolled pass marlborough and this were it had begun, the pictures were beautiful and rooms looked amazing. So we contacted the number and a lady who answered was so helpful and my husband decided with the good service he shall pay for it, to our suprise when we get there the blankets are stained, towels are dirty , rooms smell really bad and the is plastic on the beds instead of sheets. When we called to explain the ordeal , the lady who helped from the internet bookings was rude and when i tried calling from another cell as she was cutting my calls , a man answered and asked "why are you harrassing my wife" , when we tried explaining the situation he used languages and made a racial comment and said we can do whatever we want we will never smell our money back and if we dont like the place we must leave and book some where else. Please a serious warning to anyone looking for accommodation in beachfront durban , please please please dont book at marlborough its a nightmare.

Key pmb is the worst place to buy from
We had bought a car n picked up just before lock down and was told and agreedto bring in the vehicle for cosmetic touch ups, but little did we know we were headed for drama. Within a time frame of six months we had the following problems : tyre sensor, shocks broken, several water leaks, TURBO broken , and wiper blades broken and car passed COR not sure how. We have drove the car more to take it for repairs than to use it personally. Who can help me please i need to return this car and the manager from key pmb is saying itz now our problem because we bought the car.
