Very nice service, made effort to get me a service book, after the sales person did not include one when the car was purchased.
After being a loyal customer to Hyundai Wonderboom, (bought my last three cars from them) I am sad to say that I lost all confidence in them. I learned that the, 4 year, 60 000 km, maintenance plan I got 3 years ago has expired, although my car only has 38 000 km. The sales person never told me that I am getting a prorate maintenance plan and there is only 3 years left on the one I am getting. Now that the maintenance plan has expired I learn that I only received 3 years. Disappointed

Four weeks ago, me and my wife, went to Vodacom Shop Brooklyn to uprade her cellphone. She asked if we could change the contract from my name to hers,. Anthea at Vodacom Shop Brooklyn said, its no problem. We just need to fill in these and that forms and it will be loaded to the system.

A week went by and we heard nothing from Vodacom. I called and Anthea told us there was a signature missing on one of the forms. Thank for letting us know you where waiting for us, while we where waiting for you!!!

We went in and signed the paper. A week late, and we had to call Vodacom again, as we heard nothing from them. Anthea simply said se could not open the page to load the transfer of ownership. So how long does a page take to open???

Still we have not heard anything from her or Vodacom Shop Brooklyn.

Why not just tell us she does not qualify or what ever the problem is, so whe could move on.?

Vodacom shop Brooklyn, Pretoria, has no idea where my phone is when it was sent for repairs.

I upgraded to an iPhone 7+ and after 3 weeks the phone reset by itself when opening applications.

I tried connecting it to iTunes so it will fix itself, after about an half an hour of loading iTunes says the phone is missing. There after it could not switch on or off.

I tried all the button press combinations suggetsed when googling.

I took the phone to Vodacom Shop Brooklyn and they checked it in for repaires. I received confirmation SMS's as it arrived at the service centre in Potch. A week later I thought by this time the phone should be back by now and went to the Shop. Low and behold the phone was there.

No SMS or call from Vodacom.

The phone was in the same state. The technician simply noted that I had to disable 'Where is my phone' and sent it back. He could have just called and I would have disabled it, my cell was on the work order.

So the phone was sent back to Potch, or so Vodacom Shop Brooklyn said. I have been calling the last three weeks and have not heard anything form the Shop as well. The simply say the phone was sent for repairs. I have not received any confirmation SMS's or call from Vodacom to verify that the phone was sent or arrived at the service centre.

I am paying for a new phone that stopped working after 3 weeks and I don't know where it is.

Vodacom Shop Brooklyn where is my phone?
