Perfect Dealz returns issue
I ordered four items, 2 of which were fine. One of the others was broken and the other was too small. I have been trying to get hold of Perfect Dealz to organize a return. They have not responded to my emails and I cannot reach them on the phone. Very disappointed with their service.

Not delivering on reportedly available online stock
I ordered an Xbox 360 Kinect deal online. The item was listed as one in stock. I paid and the order was shown as being picked. Two days later the order was cancelled with no explanation. When I emailed them to ask why the order was cancelled, they responded saying there was no stock. When I went back and checked the website, the listing had been removed. I believe that the listing on the site was a mistake on their part (i.e. it had not been removed once the deal was over) but I imagine that trying to get them to stick to their responsibility to deliver on goods as displayed online is going to be fruitless. Not impressed with the lack of transparency.

No delivery and no response
<p>I ordered some items online from Golden Gecko's website and did an EFT for the invoice when I received it via email. I have tried a number of times to phone the contact number, I've emailed them and even tried to find them on FB. No luck... So I have essentially paid for goods I have not received and it looks like I can't even get hold of them to ask for a refund. Shocking service... needless to say, I will NEVER deal with his company again.</p>
