I am utterly disgusted with MFC for just deciding to deduct money before my pay date, i get paid 25th and they deducted today messing up with my plans, i mean the 25th is on Tuesday and there is nowhere i can receive my salary early to justify the deduction. i am supposed to travel to Mpumalanga after work for the long weekend, now i dont have funds to travel. I opened an account online last week 02 April 2024, and now it is almost five days and i do not have the bank card as promised, i am currently asking myself why do i want to do business with them if they cant issue me with a BAnk card, on their website it is stated that the card will be delivered within three business days. and i chose a collection location near my work place as i work 2 days in the office. now i will be at work on thursaday again, if the card is not delivered by then i will simply close the account, this is poor customer service. i will not beg a bank to issue me with a Card, i will go to Absa instead.
I called the customer service of Capitec at 13h41 - 13h45 today 2024/04/03, and the consultant just answered the call and said nothing, she kept on talking to his friend whilst i was on the line, he eventually picked up the head set and put me on hold and on the 4th minute he hanged up, so is this the service you are striving to give your clients, i used to be a call centre team leader and i know this tactics by agents if they want to rest.
i received a call with an offer of insurance, but the consultant never mentioned that i will be paying for the insurance. she actually made it look like DSTV is offering the insurance for free. kindly listen to the call and advise if that is how you train your consultants, i want the funeral insurance cancelled ASAP. should you deduct the funeral insurance on my debit order day, i will cancel my subscriptions with you seeing that you care less about your clients. policy number 155274103 and 155274136.

I took insurance wit A&G for my car via Telephone, My car was involved in an accident, i then contacted A&G they came and picked up my car. after a week i was told that i was not covered for accidental damage as i took fire and theft insurance. i then requested the recording, till today i am still waiting from begining of January 2023.
i LODGED A COMPLAINT ON THE 30TH OF JANUARY FOR A REFUND ON AN INCORRECT DEBIT ORDER, GUESS WHAT, UP UNTIL TODAY THEY DID NOT REFUND ME MY R350, THIS AMOUNTS TO UNJUSTIFIED ENRICHMENT AS THEY ARE GAINING INTEREST ON UNPAID REFUNDS. JUST IMAGINE IF 5000 PEOPLE HAVE R200 REFUNDS AND DSTV DID NOT PAY THEM, THEY WILL GAIN INTEREST ON 1MILION RAND THAT IS NOT THEIRS. THEY ARE CROOKS
i downgraded my subscription on the app and my debit order amount changed from R478 to R108, surprisingly today the debit order went through with R478, and the say i have credit of R370, CAN I HAVE MY R370 CREDIT DEPOSITED INTO MY MY ACCOUN ASAP.
My Name is Provy Ramafalo, Hisense U963Ds was purchased at Pep Belfast on 30 September 2022. after few days the front flashlight did not want to switch off. the phone was returned to the store within 7 days of purchase. the store took it for repairs but when the phone came back it was no longer working at all. and the Rude manager by the name of Zandile refused to replace the phone and even said she is using an apple Iphone and she does not care about cheap phones. this is in contravention of the consumer protection act as the cell phone should have been replaced or a refund was given.
I Just like to thank Khutso from Markham daveyton mall, for the outstanding customer service. i went to the store looking for a particular Tshirt but i did not find my size, then Khutso promised to check the Tshirt and update me since there was load shedding. He took my numbers and sent me whatsapp text with information of stores where i can find my size, something you will never get from most consultant. Khutso thank you for your good customer service and continue doing that to other customers.
