I am giving Debonairs Pizza Musgrave one star because the only person that has offered great service is the lady by the name of Nonhlanhla who is at their callcentre, the rest of the service has been appalling. On Friday, 2 October 2020 I ordered pizza which was only delivered an hour later. When I placed the order it was 19H20 but the delivery only arrived at 20H30. This was the first time the order took so long so since I dont eat after 8pm because of my diet, I phoned them to cancel the order at 8pm after seeing that my order will not be arriving anytime soon. However, I could not get through to the branch so I ended up calling their customer care centre. Nonhlanhla informed me that they do not have a direct landline and only they can contact the owner on his/her cellphone which is a number they cannot give out to customers. So I said its fine, can she ask the owner or manager to contact me directly. This did not happen so the next day I phoned the Debonairs 086 number to inform them of this and was given a case number. However, Debonairs Musgrave has not bothered to contact me or give my refund back. I am the one having to follow up with them to find out what is happening with the case and yesterday I recieved an sms from Debonairs telling me they are closing the case. How can they close the case without my refund. I spoke to Nonhlanhla again and contacted the 086 number and both said they did escalate my matter to the branch and had asked the Manager to make contact but none of that has been done, they are just quick to close the case without giving me my money. I am so disappointed with Debonairs Pizza, the manner which this case was handled in is appalling and disatisfactory. I just want my money back and then I will never make the mistake of placing an order with Debonairs Musgrave ever again!
Last week I received such excellent service from Emeline while enquiring about a booking I wanted to make at the Beverley Hills Hotel. Her explanation of the booking process was very clear and concise. She was even willing to answer most of my questions. Her service is great. May she keep up the good work, its people like her who promote the brand of the organisations they work for.
Fishaways Musgrave must come fetch the rubbish they delivered and return my money. I ordered via Ubereats, not only was the order late but the Coleslaw is in a filthy dirty tub and both the coleslaw tub and meal are opened.
Sunglasses Hut branch in La Lucia Mall The one star is for the service I received when I visited the branch. However that excellent service has been tarnished because I have waited over 14 days for my refund of R2471. I was told that the refund will take maximum 7 days but it had not, on the 8th day when I called to find out the issue, only then was I told there was an issue with my banking details. I then gave them another banking account and was told the payment will be done in a day or two but it has not been the case. I phoned on Monday and was told that my new account was only being sent on that day and alleged that they have tried contacting me but couldn’t get hold of me which is a lie cause I am the one doing the calling to get updates. Yesterday I phoned three times to find out what the issue was but more excuses were being made and it’s still not clear when I will get my money. I offered to come and collect at the branch was told to wait till they send the money. I am tired of waiting and the excuses. That money must be returned immediately
This morning I requested a driver to take me to work but he went and stopped at the wrong spot. When I told him where I was he drove away. After driving away, I tried to cancel the trip but he indicated he was taking me to my destination. I kept calling him to tell him to delete that because I was unable to request another ride he would answer and put up the volume of his radio and not respond to me. I told him that the area I was standing at was unsafe and risked being mugged and I was getting late for work. He did not care. I was robbed off my wallet and he is now demanding that I pay him R68 for a trip that never happened. I was late at work as well.
