Bad service Im so disappointed with you guys our internet has been down since from Thursday.On weekend we logged a complain you said you will send someone.I logged again and you told you dont count weekends its another day theres no one calling no communication this is ridiculously frustrating because you dont even have a number to call.

I was doing my 4th year last year,I wrote to this platform about the financial issue I had when I was suppose to write my 2nd opp modules 1st semester, I was told there’s nothing they can do i need register the modules for this year which is 2026.Don’t you consider that I didn’t have money to go to the venue in Pretoria.So now ill have to redo the modules and register again and I've been trying to reach out for the way forward unfortunately I don’t get any response.Worse my transcript still has outstanding marks I don’t know who to contact.My credits haven’t change they were 489 of 527 before you put practicals, they still didn’t change after that,the lolts don’t have marks. I was wondering how does one qualify for 3rd opp and to my understanding the 2 modules that I have to do they need practicals for assignments how a my going to do them while i have passed modules.I really think that there is lack of communication and its really depressing to be going around like a head less chicken not knowing what to do. I don’t even know how much a my suppose to pay if I redo the modules honestly speaking im drained this university will be death of me.I don’t even have that money to redo those modules to think of it I had good participation marks because of the circumstances beyond me I couldn’t. Each and every year I need to cry my lungs out because of this university.
I ordered food on the 24 th at Jabulani Mall online. I waited for my order more than 3 hours the next thing the driver was no longer available when I trace he told them that the order was sent back to the shop.Where else he was lying I was outside waiting for him he never came.I then decided to go to the shop where I had to wait for more than 30 minutes to prepare a new meal.I didn't check the meal I just took it because it was very late. There were items missing.Im so disappointed because I sent an email telling them of what happened they assured me that they will sort the matter till to date they haven't called got back to me.I feel I'm being taken for granted or being undermined this is very unprofessional I used my money to Uber home and back while I paid for delivery I'm so disappointed 😞
I'm writing in my deepest concern about the second opp exam venues, truly speaking is so inconsiderate when it comes to distance learning.I chose distance because I knew how it will be convenient for me.Now you are telling us about the nine venues that you have chosen us which will cost me R500 to reach there I have to be in the venue for 3 consecutive days where a my suppose to get that money.To be honest I missed my 1st opp because I didn't have money to write meaning I have to forget that this is my last year.I will have to redo the modules next year it's beyond my means.I don't think you realize how students are frustrated in WhatsApp groups.We can't be dealing with depression that we failed then with transport money. And it's not fair that when we raise our concerns then you tell us that we are rude.
Our WiFi has not been active in the past month,so on Sunday we paid for it to be activated,it has been active for only 3 days.It has now been closed again they say we were paying for April I'm not happy with your service and there no number where we can call the agents are taking us from pillar to post and this is not the 1st time this is happening.
The worse experience ever with Jabulani Mall Nedbank, I'm not sure how you work with people,you cannot let people stand on the que outside in a cold weather for more than 2 hrs with rude staff members.Especially collection department.
I'm here again to share my disappointment about the university,last year I did my second year BEd foundation phase practicals which is TPED 276,This year when I registered, I registered for 376 unfortunately when results were out I called the university telling them that I have passed the module but the results were not showing on statement but on eFundi, so this week while preparing my code of conduct I decided to tell the lady who was helping that I have a problem I can't access 376 on my portal it still show 276 she then forwarded the message to TPED co ordinators who sent an email and told me that I have to repeat the module I passed it's already late for me to change,mind you the practicals will begin next week.Do you guys consider the money we pay for learning, do you really care of the frustrations you cause to us meaning my degree will cost me another year extension.You really don't care about your students I must say and I will actually name the people who were assisting me when I called because I actually begged them to cc me in their emails they refused and assured me that they will fix the mess I'm not going to repeat the module I passed that's not fair.Its so draining that everytime we have issues you don't respond but when we write here you quickly respond.
This company took my money without my consent I'm my account and they are not responding to my emails
UODLBEd@nwu.ac.za Good day I'm at a point where by I don't know what to do anymore everytime when I have to register I'm taken from pillar to post it's not fair,I remember past year November I wrote that I don't have a way forward with issue,you then reassured me that definitely I'll be studying,this year when I register you told that you are waiting for the list from the bursary,the list was sent and you told me that you will come back to me I've been calling the finance department so that they can remove the block but seemingly no one is helping and it's funny I'm able to get response when I write the review but they are not responding to my emails.This is totally draining for me,really it's not nice writing about the university here but it's beyond me I'm only left with 3 Days before the registration closes can I kindly get assisted and refer me to the correct people with their numbers I can't be be frustrated every year when I'm suppose to register.
