Had funds frozen. Altify uses the fact that a third party they were using has issues as an excuse...which is irrelevant. My arrangements were with them. Not the third party. Clearly no proper due diligence or insurances were in place. Thousands of rands lost. They do not look after their customers and will throw you under the bus. Dont invest with them.

I love New Balance. Have been wearing their products for years. Quality. The problem is the service provision under the New Balance banner serving online customers in South Africa. Utterly incompetent. I have not received delivery of an order that was placed more than 2 months ago. They dont reply to support tickets submitted. They reply to facebook messages only multiple days later and then make empty promises on when things will be delivered. Utterly useless. Busy dragging the name of a great brand through the mud because of incompetence. Such a shame.

<p>I have never been met with the levels of incompetecy (and hopefully will never have to be again) as I did when I tried to open a business account recently. Wanted to do a list of things that went wrong but realised that will take me half an hour. In short, in the end I spent probably 4-5 hours on the phone (using MY airtime) with multiple issues due to the call center's incompetencies and had to resend some emails around 6-7 times. Lesson learnt: Do not try open an account via the call centre, do it at your local branch (only problem was my closest branch was quite a drive away).</p>
