I recently had an exceptional experience with Ariston HeatTech regarding a manufacturer warranty claim. Although I am no longer with the insurance provider that originally replaced my geyser, I contacted them for procedural details, which they supp**** promptly and without difficulty. After emailing Ariston HeatTech with all required information, they responded with a request for client details (already included in my initial email). I rep**** with my details, and within 24 hours, a technician arrived to replace the geyser, hassle‑free. Notably, the unit had only two months left on its five‑year warranty. This level of service is, without doubt, the best I have ever encountered when dealing with warranty obligations.

<p> On 10/03 placed a order which had a delivery date of the 22/03 checked up on the order lastweek found they wsiting on 1item from supplier. So to not make me feel the way I fid with my ladt order I canceled the item from the order as the rest of the itens were ready to be shipped out. The delivery date has come and gone still no order. With my last order I lost out on some great prices. And its just an apology and done. Now the same issue is happening, and this time its not gonna be just a sorry mam. I want my order FREE because not only did I loose out a lot with prev order but with this one too. Their shipping sucks im sure if I bought goods on an international site I woulve had my order within 14 days. I want my credit added to my account which totals R400 and I WANT MY ORDER. Lost all the cute goodies I got as gifts for my girls with prev order and never saw it in stock. This time I got items priced a bit more but I refuse to loose out.
