Bad service
Dstv change my package but im on a contract without me doing it I need my package to be changed back immediately I was on DSTV Compact Suddenly my account was changed to a DSTV Premium today 3 march 2024 without me giving consent and no SMS reminder was sent to me This is utterly disgusting and sneaky and against the law. Dstv please return my package to compact DD GROBLER Id 7801245073089 Cell 0630827991 Im on a price lock contract so why when i downgraded my package to dstv access it was changed back to compact with no problem u can do it then but now it was a mistake that it was upgraded to premium now u can't downgrade me it look when u loose money u can change it but when u make money u refuse to change it u think im stupid im telling u bill me for premium and u will never get a payment from me again and jour decoder will go to the closest dusbin u know i have uncapped WiFi it will be very easy for me to buy a t.v.box nothing stopping me from canceling dstv and i will add an updated message also on hellopieter until my problem get fix every week And I need an update pls it's taking too long i was promise feedback but still nothing Dawid 0630827991 Dawid100034@gmail.com
