I'd like to commend Lionel Schultz from Kwikot, Ruline Du Plooy and Anastacia Chadayan from Electrolux Service department and especially Vicki, Gift and Sbu from V&P Services (sub-contracted by Kwikot) for exceptional service delivery, efficiency, great communication and personable staff which made my burst geyser an easy situation to deal with...less than 1 day from me notifying them of my issue. Thank you to everyone, even those in the background, you made my situation a simple and effortless process!
I'm going to make this short as its really such a ***** up of a situation filled with broken promises, excuses and non delivery. It took this company atleast 5 weeks to complete a 1day job (which is not yet complete as my garage door limits have not been set or remotes been programmed). I have to this day never met William, which he and his employees said on different occasions he'd come the next day to ensure all is in working condition/complete. Countless time I was told he'd be at my property 1st thing in the morning then when I hassled him the time changed to noon and that also never materialized as his employees would only arrive (if they came at all) at 2 or 3pm. The only time you get anything out of this company is when you threaten to withhold funds and even then their service is dismal. Do not recommend, stay away from Hawkeys Electrical.
I experienced very helpful, friendly and attentive service. I cant commend Miway personnel service more for their outstanding attitude and commitment, even when my call dropped 4 times, she always called me back and it was a pleasure to talk to Puleng.

Checkers Sunward Park has been consistently lacking in customer service and product availability in the past year, maybe longer. On different occasions, every time I've asked about certain products ie:vegan cheese, frys pies, fruit bowl brand sweets, ma milk etc the employees don't know what I'm talking about and their help doesn't go past the point of "I don't know", no asking other employees, no speaking to management or even their buyer to see if they can look at stocking it if they don't have any at the moment. The customer service is so bad, perhaps they don't pey their staff enough, but they actually don't care. I then proceed to the buyer, and they say they have spoken to their supplier but theres none in stock, which is absolute nonsense standard issue feedback as I then go to makro to get the milk, the cheese and other products I go to a checkers in upper Boksburg. Nowadays, there isn't even a vegan cheese section. If you've never been to this checkers, I highly suggest you drive past.
Xholani was a very helpful employee at this branch, and the kitchen staff was just as helpful. They did not have sachets of chip spice available and the chef gave me some in a packet from the skaker. I had put sauce which I thought was BBQ but it was 1000 island, I would have had to Re order the chips as my wife cannot have that sauce but Xholani was sensitive enough to replace my chips. Great food, great staff, great experience, thank you?
<p>Insrap is the company who Miway uses (In my case) to replace items/goods that are subject to claims.</p> <p>I dealt with Max Edwards from Insrap, along side Lerato Motsamai & Lebogang Makgato from Miway.</p> <p>Very helpful, upfront, an lightening quick delivery of my phone.</p> <p>Insrap is based in Cape Town, and I was completely surprised at the turn around time from them. Thank you all who helped resolve my claim!!! Very Happy!</p>
