I bought a gas stove on 8 November 2023 and tested it before installation, the oven glas exploded. I contacted them to collect the item and a refund but demand a installation certificate. Do not buy Zero Appliances
The company did not tell me my vehicle does not have spare keys or a service history book, only after the sale they told me there is none. Then when i got the invoice they charged me R7,000 for delivery which was also not specified. If i knew it was that much i would not have taken the option. It felt dishonest leaving out the information. I would not recommend them to anyone and if you use them please take note of abovementioned.
I received a partially delivered order, then waited a week for the rest of the order only for them to put me through to the courier company who said it was delivered in a different province and now nobody is taking responsibility for the lost package. or can give me clear answer.
<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I was contacted by Mr Price and when i recieved my monthly statement there were insurance charges on my account, i received insurance policy dokuments and ignored it because i didnt know what it was for.</p> <p>Then when i tried to cancel it i hve to pay another months insurance policies which i didnt want in the first place.</p> <p>I would prefer that they send me this via email for me to sign before adding this to my account the phone call is not a way to add additional charges to my account.</p> <p>i am upset about the way they handle this situation and would not recomend this credit option to anyone.</p> <p> </p>
