I contacted Vodacom on 1 September 2025 to cancel my contract that ends 20 October 2025. I was told I’d have to pay penalties because it’s too early and I asked if I should call back on 1 October to avoid penalties and ensure that, come 1 November I will no longer be paying the contract. Now all of a sudden I still have to pay the same contract come 1 November, because my debit date is on the 1st of the month. I asked your consultant repeatedly and they confirmed that my last payment would be on the 1st of October. I’ve been a loyal customer for 10+ years. This honestly frustrates me, because I asked over and over and I was assured. You can even listen to the voice recordings. This is ********* and misleading. Please do the right thing Vodacom. Please!

I lwrote a review for African Bank last year in April. Where I informed African Bank to close my credit card as I had paid it off. A case was opened and was assured that it was resolved and closed and nothing is outstanding. Today I receive and SMS that my credit card account has been handed over!! You're messing with people's lives with your incompetence. You're ruining my credit score. Please sort his out immediately. I sent an email on 27 may requesting you NOT to increase my premium, but today I get an SMS stating that my premium is going up. I've been on the phone for almost 30 minutes holding and when you answer, no one speaks, making me have to call you back. When I asked you guys to close my credit card, I also asked you to close the my world account. You didn’t do this. Now this account is busy incurring monthly charges. I know it’s a little amount, but if I ignore this, the little amount will keep growing. Please close the myworld account, I asked you this already. I don’t want it.

Please explain to me why I need to go to Home Affairs to get a new ID, just because I want to change my surname back to my ****en name for my Store Card??? I have both IDs and green book is still very much a valid form of identification! This is honestly the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. I have done this so many times and at other places and never experienced a hiccup. At this rate I’ll just close my account with you guys, because you’re absolutely ridiculous!!!
My phone was ****** in 2017 and Vodacom advised that I should flag my number due to this, of which I agreed. When I had to unflag it I had to call their customer service department, then they said I should go to a store of which I did - many many times because they had no idea what I was talking about!!! I upgraded my contract in 2020, the flag wasn't there - no mention of it. It is 2023, I am trying to cancel the contract, suddenly the flag is there again. I have to wait 24-72 hours for the flag to be removed again! Is this your way of ensuring I cancel my contract late so that you can take more money from me? I've been a loyal customer for over a decade and it seems the only way I can get you to resolve my issues, is to write a review. You're annoying, honestly!
My Shipment from SHEIN has been at OR Tambo since 29 June. I then get a shoddy response from Tebogo Majozi that a payment link was sent to me on 27 June 2023 and I never received any payment link. Then they close my case. JNB/0723/343. When you try phone them on 011475 3000, line doesn't even work. Your service is pathetic.
