Uj has to have the worst call Centre agents😕. Been calling from Jan till today I don't get assistance. They keep sending me an old bank confirmation letter. The lady I spoke to today was so rude. And I still don't have the document.
Bought my car in 2024, worst decision I've ever made. Car has a fault and it's only been a year. Bought it front Nissan Sandton and I've been taking it there. Their service was very poor especially from Stephen who happens to be a manager. The guy who failed to fix my car rudely referred me to other branches. I decided to go to Nissan Nash alberton. They didn't take my query serious until the car got stuck in their premises. They telling me the car has a clutch problem, how when the car is new🤔. They waiting for warranty to approve. How long do I need to wait? How do I go to work? Does anyone care? I mean It's not my fault or problem that the car is wack. I regret buying this car. I just need my car back so I can sell it. Anyone reading this. Don't buy Nissan.
I have made a payment via rain website, they not activating my account. I spoke to a stupid robot on WhatsApp who said I must send a proof of payment. I don't have a proof of payment as I made a card transaction and that transaction hasnt reflected on my statement obviously 🙄. I emailed a bank notification. Did not get a response. I called found a rude lady who told me she won't activate my account cos I ddnt pay #36458012 - rain incoming call #27601231553 I am very furious and I need my money back and u come and take this stupid rain that doesn't even have network most of the time, 😡😤
I have been with Telkom for years; I have never experienced such bad service until recently. I am being charged for Telkom Plus, which is something I never subscribed to. I got a D-link router which never worked, and I have been paying for it for 11 months already. Ive been to different branches and spoke to the call centre with no help. Plus the call centre was very bad with service. I am honestly not a happy client and I need my funds back. I have realised that I have been charged for the Telkom plus again in September. I have emailed Luvuyo Mngcongo who was not of any assistance to me.
Service is very bad in Maponya... Firstly their staff has a stinking attitude.. Been there from 7 am.. Been waiting since.. People who came after me have left. They call their own people and assist them while some of us are still waiting
It was my child's day of vaccination , got there at 7am and the opened the gate at 8am I was number 2... We got there and there was no Nurse to assist us, we waited til it was 10am a Nurse came she was assisting the old people then she just told us 'I'm coming ' we waited again...til 11am then she came and assisted us...fine then it was my turn, she put my child on the scale then said my baby is underweight and she has mouth sores and ring worms...fine she ddnt write anything on my card but she showed me on somebody's card that the baby's weight should be at 6kgs for 14weeks ..she ddnt know what she was doing and she gave me a letter to go to the hospital then gave my child an injection of which she kept going next door to ask about how she should help the child...I decided to go to springbok for a second option and only to find out that she was talking nonsense my child's weight is normal and she don't need to go to the hospital..yes she has mouth sores and she gave me meds for that, she has eczema not ring worms she ddnt even check and did not even give me anything for that. The service I got there was very draining and bad I wish they could hire more staff bcoz our lives are in danger. Thanks
