They called thinking I am someone else, advise them its not me then proceeded to call 8 times within 5 hours and asked to remove my number . Eventually I told the called to get lost (in an unpolite manner) and took offence. She called me again to advise me I was rude, and again and again! Typical one cannot find a direct number!
Seriously bad service, HQ does not return a call from their CRM. Its all starrted when I made the mistake of buying SMEG dishwasher and washing machine. From start the disdhwasher arrived with a dead motherboard, and since then endless probles. Door hinges, elrctical componets and the door shutting mechanisim has been replaced twice. My washing machine has started to rust where the soap draw is after a few years, door seals had to be replaced and the door locking mechanisim, I had a DEFY for 20 years with no issues. Staff in the city store dont respond to emails and their HQ, its seems they are afaraid of dealing with an issue or emailed for part availability and price.
It was a great place until the change over. Pizza's were great round with well balanced taste and base. Not its a square pizza with no taste and with a 3rd of the toppings. As soon as a great restaurant becomes a franchise it becomes a supermarket! I will not be going back as they have lost the touch! its a pity as its a great location for a outing. The last time I went a person driving Lexus can speeding in with total disregard to anyone walking in the parking lot, popped out of his car in a silly has, and it turned out to be the new owner. He was in flip flops and shorts chin-wagging on his cell for all to hear. Not professional...... Sad that the original owners left, there are many more to go to with better service and food.
<p>When I booked my car for the 9th June in Durban my costs were:</p> <p>514.00</p> <p>-128.50 Vitality Discount</p> <p>=385.50 + vat and admin fee</p> <p>Car deposit R1776.00</p> <p> </p> <p>Durban office took off R3379.25</p> <p> </p> <p>When I questioned the amount I was advise that thier poilicy had chganged, however, I was not informed of this via email.</p> <p>The car I recieved and above normal damage and had a light streering shudder.</p> <p>I fulled up at the airport, handed in the reciept, however, was charged to full up the car, charged a service fee to full the car although it was full and could not take any more petrol.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kinbdly advise why I was not informed of the double up of the car deposit, why I was charged for Fuel when it was full.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p> <p>Giovanni</p>
