Biggest bunch of ******* *****sters, they take your money for imported landed goods tax, but then dispute it, by sending you up to 8 WhatsApp a day. I have sent my POP showing my payment. Now they split my one order parcel into two parcels and are retaining the remainder item until pay yet another R334 (X2) on an order of R900.00. AliExpress is no better, they just refer me back to iMile. I will be taking this matter to ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS and seeking judicial advise. I will also be advising South African Police Service (SAPS), the National Consumer Commission (NCC) and the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO)
They constantly harass you for the incorrect & *****ulent Telkom & ******* monthly billing of a landline that Telkom ported over to MWEB but continue to bill me every month since 20th January 2020. I refer to the case by WASPA https://reports.waspa.org.za/download.php?file=41937.pdf for anyone wanting to take this up as P&P Attorneys have not learnt their lesson yet!
Telkom ported my home landline number over to MWEB VOIP service on the 20th January 2020, they have continued to *****ulently bill me every month for a landline that they themselves do not have, after raising this issue with Telkom and getting a page full of reference numbers, they have yet to stop billing me and have attempted to summons me via their different Debt collection companies, the most recent gangsters is P&P Attorneys who harass you every day and night. I have now handed the matter over to the Consumer Goods & Services Counsel and also the National Credit Regulator and will be opening a case of ***** against Telkom
I'm being billed monthly for a landline that was ported 14 months ago, for 14 months I have been trying yobresolve, I cannot speak to anyone, I have to log queries on the website, get a reference number and nothing happens.
Disgusting, ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING, we entered the Mugg & Bean Fourways Mall, nobody offered us sanitizer, we walked to a table on the patio, waited 10 minutes before even being acknowledged, I had to ask who was our waiter, when a waiter appeared she says "this is not really my section but I'll help you" and then walks off to go get menu's, i waster 20 minutes of my life in a USELESS, DISGUSTING EATING establishment. to think of the number of good eateries that have closed down because of Covid financial pressure only to leave this excuse of a restaurant with useless staff!!! Never again. I will be approaching the health department and be giving them an account of my experience where no protocols were followed.
How DARE You TELKOM, I ported my home number to a VOIP service with Mweb and this was successfully done in January 2020, as at May 2020 you are STILL billing me, absolute 100% CORRUPTION still exists in this business!!!!!!!!!!!!
