One of the worst companies I've had to work for they make you work public holidays and don't pay you the hourly rate as per SA labour's laws if an employee is at work they should be paid for it . Ignition is a call centre in durban that outsources for international companies such as the USA market. They paid me R125 for working 2 public holidays when my rate for the day supposed to be R288 when I queried it they say its based on productive hours. Ever since the new call centre manager named Greg took over he started putting these ridiculous rules in place when all along we were getting paid public holidays based on being at work logging in on time and working the full shift now its like I work for free because I can be at work have system issues and not get paid for the day. It is extremely sad how these companies exploit their staff hence the reason why people leave the job they are forever recruiting because people don't stay long. They so desperate for staff that even the people that they fire they hire them back. Don't work this company they are useless.
Worst mobile company I've had to deal with my account was overpaid and when I called to request a refund it's been a month since they giving me the run around and they keep saying it takes 7 to 14 working days to get the refund I would never recommend anyone to sign up to Vodacom for any contracts who does please do not make the mistake of paying your contract upfront as they will keep making excuses to pay you back their customer service is disgusting they do not know what they are doing I've been dealing with another department called subscriber collections with a manager by the name of nomfundo gaavi a week ago and she said that she'd get back to me and till this day I haven't heard from her. I've never been so angry in my life but Vodacom has just pushed me to the limits. Sick and tired of waiting for my money!!!!
This is the ****in worst ISP to ever go with puss company to deal with I will make sure none of my friends and family join you I'm mad as hell I've had such a terrible experience with you lot disgusting appauling actually you showed no empathy when I was without service for almost 1 week you then said there's nothing that can be done not even credits on my account which is why I'm leaving I became a home connect customer through Vumatel and even though that happened I've realized it was my biggest mistake and lesson ever bad service and as for chatting to an agent on whatsapp it's so terrible how you make customers wait or take forever to reply this isn't how you treat customers its a bad reflection of the company and I don't want to hear that your'll will call me the damage is done there's nothing you can do now I even cancelled to go with another ISP buy because home connect has not released my line to move over in still stuck with this ***** company **** off and release my line or else I will take this matter further!!!!
I'd just like to share my experience with this awesome pharmacy that we've been dealing for a while they make life so convenient for you as they do free delivery of medication. Secondly we always buy medication through medical aid so today I ordered a certain medication which gave issues going through on medical aid but thankfully the manager from Pelican pharmacy made a plan and successfully processed the order through the medical aid I was stressed the whole day about it because I urgently needed the meds but God is great thanks so much Pelican pharmacy we will always deal with your'll for all our medical needs I would recommend your'll to anyone simply because you are loyal to your patients and you never fail to deliver orders and your customer service is one of a kind please keep up the great work that you're doing.
I've had nothing but trouble with this company I made a payment of R488 on the 31st May 2021 they came to install Fibre services on the 7th June 2021 I've been cut off today from internet services when I phoned the customer service department they were absolutely unhelpful and the lady that I spoke to was arrogant and rude and she told me my services is expiring which is ridiculous because I'm covered up until the 7th July so my next payment was due in July but instead they try to debit my account twice which was yesterday and today. She then put me through to support to try and get my services up and running they also wasn't able to do anything on their end they said they'd call me back but seriously I would not recommend home connect to anyone I gave this company a chance and messed up the second time I will just wait till the 7th July then I'm terminating I'm so disgusted with home connect its not even funny!!!!! I WANT MY SERVICE BACK ON!!!!!
Had the worst experience ever with checksave Croftdene I contacted them to find out the price of brown sugar and was placed on hold for more than 10 minutes my airtime got finished so the call got cut I loaded airtime again and asked them why it took so long to get the pricing for sugar the manager answered this time and was also rude and said that they do not give out price over the phone. Absolutely disgusted with their customer service and I would never recommend them to anyone to purchase items.
The gepf has got to be the worst government department to ever deal with in South Africa we called them regarding my mums pension funds with regards to the pension redress the call centre agent whose so dumb said that my mums documents gave not been submitted yet we've completed and submitted in 2010 we then went to their office and to our surprise they said everything seems fine on the system all required docs have been submitted and is waiting approval however no one has gotten back to us about the monies that's due to be paid all of my mom's other colleagues have received this money but my mum and a few of her friends who worked for government has not and they've been waiting since 2019 for it. Every time you call them they do not know what they are doing their staff is disgusting like vomit we have yet the worst government system in our country everything is getting worst for everyone and yet they cannot pay what's due to the people please GEPF catch a ****ing wake up you always giving excuses about our money I do not appreciate what you are doing and how you are treating the people who was in public service I will write as many reviews as I possibly can to bring your'll to shame the world needs to know what rubbish government South Africa has.
Most ridiculous company as they take forever to go live with Fibre... Vumatel which is the Fibre company has 6 ISP including home connect all other ISP went live with Fibre in my area except for home connect yet they are doing the Fibre through vumatel. Absolutely terrible home connect please catch a wake up because if you snooze you lose
Rain is by far the worst internet service provider and is the most disgusting company to ever have internet with I will never recommend anyone to rain their services are appalling the internet is forever slow you can never stream even their lousy 360p which they only support on 4G I'm paying R479 a month which is ridiculous thank goodness I'm canceling and moving over to Fibre I've had nothing but problems with Rain.
Guys don't ever use africasino as a company to bet and gamble I have had the worst customer experience by a lady whose name is Nicole. Basically I'm a new customer to africasino so they sent me an email to deposit funds so I could receive up to R3000 bonus and 40 no wagering spins. Nicole the chat operator who I was chatting with I gave her the code to unlock and get my bonus which she said she gave me R600 and I was fine with that she also said that she's loading the 40 free spins when I played the bonus games it took of the money that I had deposited and it gave me the free spins but the R600 bonus was not loaded when I queried about it she said that I already used up the R600 bonus so she practically lied to me about giving me the bonus she then goes on to say that I received the bonus from the time I signed up which is utter rubbish because after giving her the code to use to receive the funds she told me it would be loaded I asked to speak to a manager and she tells me that there are no managers available which is pathetic and disgusting. I have never had a worse customer experience like I did with Africasino so please guys don't ever use their service they are very misleading and will lie to you and send you emails of free bonuses just to get you to deposit money and lose.
