Ek het geen informasie gehad ivm trading nie, maar die program het my baie geleer aangaande trading as n beginner. My selfvertroue het gegroei om met trading aan te gaan. Die manier hoe Sharetrackin se personneel vir n mens leer, doen baie vir n mens se self vetroue omdat hulle baie geduldig is.
I had a upcoming upgrade to 1 of my contracts What makese to be very angry was that i was not aware that i had to pay a instore fee of R150 for the deal that i had and this was not told until the deal was almost done on top of the they hid me by saying that the second phone need an additional sim card which i had to pay R106 for a sim that i dont even need as j already had my own sim cards This matter was made worsewhen 1 of the other sales person Mr Mpo who was very arrogant in his deals with me came to address me What worries me is that these sale persons dont have a ****** clue on how to speak with customers i wonder why the vodacom company employ people that act like asshole just because the can Vodacom does not put with the advert that u pay R106 for an additional sim card that one does not even need normally a sim card costs between R1 and R10 but vodacom is ripping people of by letting us pay unneccessary huge amount for additional cards that u dont even need If i had a choice then i would yake my business somewhere else and never have to deal with vodacom as a company but because i have active contacts i have no choice hut to stay here I had better services with mtn where j also have cell contract
Bad customer service I came a week ago to request a book for my grade 10 child they said the book was not available at the time and offer to oder the book which i though was kind of nyc Telling me to come and collect the book on tuesday morning however now that a week has past i now standjng in the shop find out that i needed to pay first befor they order the books i ask why they did not tell me then because a week now has past and the xam is near and this with an attitude i dont stay around the corner i need to travel to get to the shop This is no way to deal with customers
Our brother in law passed on on the 22 Dec 2018 (he never had a id) now avbob postmansburg did the funeral very nicely of which we are thankful . However Now that avbob need to pay out the claim and change of the policy they avbob gives problems yo pay out the cash amount and the change of the policy on which they burried the person It always happens like this when we need to pay the policy then it's ok But when we need avbob to pay out the money then there is always issues now I spoke to Mrs diane at head office claims dept according to her the police doc plus the affidavit plus the other docs that went with it are not enough prove that the person that they avbob burried was not prove enough maybe they burried a ghost or something It make me furious that avbob accept the policy accepts our money but when they avbob need to pay out the avbob always have issues not to pay out Avbob I am disappointed I the way u handled us and the issue of no e payment on avbobs behalf
RATIAL UNDER TONE WE JUST had a bad experience at BLUE CRANE RESTAURANT It seems as if u r white then the service at the place r better the the service towards black or other clours . We sat down wen 3 white ladies were ordering their food we ordered drinks n afterwards breakfast they got their food they finished their food we waited for a long time Only after we enquired about ur food then they said it's almost done I was EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED IN THE SERVICE THAT WE RECEIVED AT THE RESTUARANT I would not want to go there if that is the way blacks n other colour people are treated In this day and age we don't expect that restaurants still have these ratial UNDER tones
I am kevin ********** 138 I am a miway client I am sitting on the road as we speak I called miway for roadside assistance as my car broke down in randfontein and I am living in Pretoria I have my family with me my wife n kids my youngst 4 yrs I am paying for years on this policy of mine now that I am In trouble miway tell me that I have to pay extra as they only cover 40km and I need to pay more den R1600 in order for them to assist me what kind of service is this can a company be so heartless as to do this my kids are writing xams in the morning but I am still stuck on the road what disgusting service from a well proclaimed insurance company TNX MIWAY FOR NOTHING
<p>i visited capitec in madiba street more than once for the same issue.<br />the issue is that on their system i am still under admin order. the more i tell them that this was lifted in 2007 the more they gave me the run around instead of assisting me to get it removed.<br />i called all the ITC compabnies and they all said that there was nothing to that extend against my name, but still it reflected on capitec system. i produced a letter from the attorneys to say that it was lifted in 2007, but the consultant at capitec madiba insists on having other papers. she did not even wanted to open the system to look at the issue, untill we had some words.</p> <p>that to me is utterley bad service on the part of capitec consultants.</p> <p>THIS WAS MY EXPERIENCE AT CAPITEC MADIBA STREET</p> <p>i wanted to change some of my detail then she said that even though she could help me with my drivers licence, that she cannot help unless i have my green id book.</p> <p>most of the banks accept the drivers licence to changes made to details but capitec EISH MAN SIES</p> <p>WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT FOR CONSULTANTS TO ASSIST WITHOUT GIVING ISSUE. WHY WOULD CAPITEC THEN USE THESE CONSULTANTS TO PORTRAY THEIR IMAGE TO THE PUBLIC LIKE THAT</p> <p>BANKING IS A SERVICE TO THE PUBLIC AND WE HAVE RIGHTS CONSUMER RITHTS</p>
