This is a brilliant academic institution with world class lecturers and a level of service that can only be achieved by a smaller, CTA (PGDA) dedicated institution. While it can never guarantee a pass, you certainly will have the best chance here
Lovely centre. We often frequent it for its fabulous cinema, even when not in the prestige sections you feel like a VIP
The Woolworths round the corner, in Summit Road, is almost like a local village shop. You often see the locals there and the store manager knows us by name
A great Restaurant if ever you find yourself in Parktown North
Telkom has been providing a service with good value for some time However, it has become ridiculously difficult to cease a mobile number, to the point where it appears no one is actually able to change it that I dealt with, though if that is the case it should be referred to someone who does know. Therefore I end up still paying for a number 7 months later when I was assured it would be billed last 3 months ago If this persists, I will consider simply cancelling all numbers in one go. This when the cancellation actually comes from the inability to upgrade the said number... also because no one knows how after it migrated from another person.
After calling forex and going into a branch, everyone seems to be redirecting me back to the same people without any clear reason as to why there is a hard hold in the first place. It is apparently not FICA docs There seems to be no one able to assist

I had already written a review regarding the appaling service I ahd from the side of the Medical aid

However, similarly I had been at the brunt of rejected claims due to the hospital staff not completing my authorisation request until three months had lapsed after hospitalisation. Leaving me with rude calls from the various doctors for accounts that should have been paid

However, the greatest insult to injury is that the authorisation was done right before admission. We paid the momentum co-payment, everything there was to be paid.

However, on the anniversary of the hospitalisation now in 2017, I get a call saying I am about to be handed over. Turns out the supposed authorisation never happened. They tricked me into believing it occured and charged the relevant fee and had me admitted. Now they sing a tune of the full costs to be born by me for the stay.

If this is not unacceptable, please feel free to let me know.

Apparently the staff of Hospitals and medaids are living in a different set of values than the other mere mortals. From the looks of it, it appears the hospital never even submitted the claim. They are costing me money unnecessarily but yet they are professes as the noble custodians of our health.

After a traumatic seizure in 2016, I had been faced with a hefty co payment for the hospital admission.

This is in spite of the condition being a PMD and that it had to paid at cost. What is worse is the time span for the bill to come through and the initial reassurance that I only had to pay R300.

The result was eventually debt collectors and this at a time when I had been struggling as I had to leave the company I worked for due to the illness. What is worse, what is the use of a Medical aid when they do not actually help you when you need them.

I had been getting vague feedback, some even seeming to suggest that I had "chosen" a non-network provider for treatment when in fact no choice had even been made. Every point I tried contacting was a dead end.

I paid the account eventually and still tried getting answers while I left the scheme altogether.

I wish I had never even joined, The trauma from being part of this scheme was possibly worse than that of being ill!
