I tried first to add a new member onto my hospital plan, but after several email attempts I got no response. So I signed up with another supplier, now I have sent over 15 emails to cancel my policy and get my cancellation certificate. Only get automated responses. Tried phoning - after 15 minutes of hanging on I hung up. Pathetic service
2 things to note as far as eDreams flights are concerned. Firstly after the airline cancelled the flight I'm still waiting just under 2 months for a refund. The airline refunded them over a month ago. Secondly, their commission is non refundable and it was nearly 50% of the total price.
Flysafair cancelled my flight because they were having labour problems. I rebooked for my wife and I on another airline now nearly 2 months have past and I still have not received my refund.
Twice they advertise the lowest price. They took my money then phone 2 days later and ask for $135 to confirm flight. I ask and got a full refund. When I booked again another flight the same thing happens. They advertise to get your business but the price is below what the airline needs to secure the flight. Its very wrong to do this and no honour the price advertised
I paid my 50% deposit to have a website developed, but got no service delivered and have not received my deposit back after several weeks. SA Online renounced my first review. I have since sent Hellopeter proof of invoice and payment. this was for SA Wild Escapes
Paid my deposit and got further delivery from them to build a simple website. Got no refund todate.
These guys seem to be a ****. They list nearly all of SA customers as their clients, they took my money 50% deposit for website development, never delivered anything and I cant get my money back
Its the second time Telkom sell data on a special (R69 for 10G) then you cant use it because our area only has "telkomR" (raoaming) not direct telkom mobile. How in earths name are people supposed to know this when they buy the data - Its a total scam by them
Bought telkom Black Friday special 10G via *123# - 10G telkom data @R100 (31 days). NOWHERE does it say that if my network is TelkomSA-R that the data will not work. Hence they just steal your money - I guess 90% of people using Telkomsa-R would be caught with the same deceptive scam from Telkom
Elite mobile phone under the guise of vodacom, phoned me for an upgrade. They only activated my upgrade of 1 month. Now vodacom say they cannot fix the problem only elite mobile, although my account is still with vodacom. Made 7 calls to Elite mobile. They never get back to me. Now its November 3rd, end of day and I cannot get them to get any person with authority to call me back to amend my contract. ****** useless call centre agents have no telephone numbers of anyone in hte company who can perform the task. They must work in a vacuum.
